Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Covington

I arrived at Sonic , on Rte 21 in Covington at 8:20 pm . Lights still burning , sign still lit . With about 10 cars in the parking lot , yeah ! They are still open ! YAY ! As I waited to place my order, I noticed several other cars pulling in as well . Then I look it up on the website . Yup ! They close at nine . GREAT ! 40 minutes to spare ! But , after more cars continued to roll in , several cars started honking their horns to get some attention , I was told they they are closed instead of taking my order . All I needed was a slushie ! This is not the first time I have had this experience ( at this very same location ) to be turned away LONG before the posted closing time . We happen to live just around the corner. Would visit more often .. some of the menu items we REALLY like . But , when a pregnant woman expecting her certain drink that Sonic has , doesn't get what she was looking forward to ? ..... look out ! An ANGRY pregnant woman takes the place of the happy one !

Today I ordered for me and another co worker. I only just put a tip in for just my order even though I ordered for 2 cause it was being charged on my card. I had a girl bring out the food and she was nice at first. She had looked at the receipt and asked if I had put the tip on there and I said yes. She then replied saying oh okay wow thanks sarcastically, and walked away. I’m guessing my tip wasn’t good enough? I found that very rude to say when I only ordered a jumbo popcorn chicken combo. I tipped 3.33.. I’ve asked others if it was a good average tip and other people don’t understand why she would have said that since that tip is pretty good. I’ve never had someone complain about tipping like you should be appreciated for getting 3.33 instead of nothing.. just saying. Other than that the food was fine just not...

I dont know who is the girl who takes the orders but this the 3rd time you caught an attitude with that sassy voice when we can’t hear you and ask a question. You did it again and this time when we responded back the same way when I asked to changed the attitude you spoke to us in and get us a different person (For the first time since we’ve had this issue) you cancelled the order which was a simple slushy which is perfectly fine. However my issues is don’t work customer service if you get upset at simple questions. Never once was disrespectful but enough is enough hopefully it gets handled because not the only person who has had this issue. (TYLER ST....
