Subway — Restaurant in Covington

Just ordered online and picked up at the store and it was ready on time. This is possibly the worst dinning experience we have ever had, the sandwich was inedible. The bread was stale, the sandwich was in shambles , sparse toppings, and it wasn’t even assembled and wrapped in packaging correctly. The left out the Doritos and no napkin. My husband threw it away 2 bites in. Do not order food from here. Absolutely a subway...

We've never encountered a disgruntled employee here ☺️ they've always been jovial and polite when I've been in there. The sandwiches are made with hearty toppings. The prep area is always clean. Only downfall if you go in after 8pm they won't have meatballs or sweet tea. Store is always dirty, staff act like we incovience them by coming in. I ordered a veggie sub and the spinach was dirty tasting, tomatoes were bad and they were out of mayonnaise. Girlfriend got a wrap and they cut it long ways on the diagonal and not cut all the way through, very hard to eat that way. Seems the managment needs to take more of a role in the cleanliness and inventory...
