Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Covington

Zaxby's is one of my favorite fast foods to visit. However, that was not the situation today. I have visited this restaurant today with my family and I must say, I was heavily disappointed in the food quality! We ordered 10 pc. chicken fingers, large french fries, a basket of toast, and a Zax Club sandwhich. As I bit into one of the chicken fingers, I noticed that the salt content was very high. It is quite understandable that the salt content will be more for most fast food chains, but the salt content was over the limit. I could not even take another bite without it tasting like salt all the time. The salt content was so high that you could barely even taste the chicken. Not to mention that the quality of the chicken was very low, to the point where it seemed as if it was not even cooked well or thoroughly. This is very dangerous for the customers because it increases the risk of food poisoning or other related problems, such as stomach problems, that could possibly occur. I was shocked. The fires were also cold, and the toast was very greasy. An employee was cleaning a table right beside us, and we spoke with him about the conditions of the food. He responded as if he did not care for our complaints, claiming that he did not eat at the restaurant and just chuckled. As a customer, we have every right to make sure we are satisfied. My family occasionally goes out to dine at Zaxby's every once and a while and this is utterly disappointing. Later, I found myself dying on the toilet after consuming the product.

I give this Zaxby's a 1 star out of 5 stars. I do not recommend dining here. Terrible food quality...

Less than 1 fried chicken finger on my salad!! They didn't offer to let me know THEY WERE OUT OF KETCHUP, WHEN THE ONLY THING ON THAT ORDER WAS FRENCH FRIES!!! I am a single mom and out of courtesy took my kids outside to wait and sit....they were aware we went outside after ordering and...no one brought me our order...and then after waiting for a while I went in and they said, the intercom was broken outside...like IM SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT...JUST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I REALLY FELT IT WAA ALL PERSONAL. BEING PREGNANT AND HAVING CHILDREN ON MY OWN I EXPECTED BETTER SERVICE AT A DINE IN RESTAURANT. SHOCKED THEY DIDN'T OFFER A DIPPING SAUCE OR MENTION THAT THEY HAD NO KETCHUP WHEN I ORDERED AN E TRA FRIE. WEIRD HOW EVERYONE THERE LOOKED ALIKE AND ACTED ALIKE, MAYBE ITS PERSONAL PR MAYBE NOT. BUT BEING A WHITE MOM...I WAS THE MINORITY AND FELT PICKED ON. (THE HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING WAS SOUR AND VERY MUSTARD LIKE... TAVAS ON WASHINGTON HAD A BETTER HOUSE SALAD...I WENT THERE TODAY AND THE DRESSING WAS GREAT!!) THE STAFF WAS PERSONAL AND WATM.AND THE CUSTOMERS WERE BLACK AND WHITE, EVERY ONE HAS BEEN KIND MY EXPERIENCE HERE....

Just drove away from this Zaxby's. I ordered a salad and a bag of ice. Once I paid for my order, I was given my salad which was missing eggs and tomato I paid extra for. I ask for Cesar dressing for my Cesar salad and got all ranch. My ice was in a to-go bag that was wide open. Not sure what germs have touched the bag. When I ask the young lady why it was give in a to-go bag she stated they had no ice bags. I then said this was unsanitary and I didn't want it. She then closed the window and informed the shift manager of what I said using air quotes. (Rude) She returned to the window and grabbed the ice bad. While the window was open, another young lady stated "what.. she don't want the ice.. After all I just did?" (Rude again) I ask for the store manager but was told she was not in. My request did not warrant the rudeness I received. This is not the first time. Maybe a different restaurant will be a better...
