Went to this establishment and first off I inquired about an item that was on the menu only to be informed that they no longer had it. So my question was why is it still showing on the menu. So then we received our food. I ordered everything with no lettuce, tomato or sour cream. They put sour cream on one of our items. So we drove back through the line and informed them of the error. I can only assume the employee making the food questioned if the item was ordered that way. We then took the sticker off the bag and handed it to the young lady that was at the window. She attempted to hand it to the person making the food, but they declined it because the young lady put the sticker somewhere close to the register. We then go out item and they put tomatoes on it this time. So in an effort to avoid a confrontation with the cook we simply went back through the line and I ordered a different item. We ordered the items and once again asked for no sour cream or lettuce on them. The young lady at the window did not mark them as no lettuce so the cook then piled the lettuce on the items. I did not wish to go back through the line and drive thru so we simply went home dissatisfied. I understand that working in the food industry can be difficult sometimes, but all it really takes is a listening ear and a positive attitude and it can turn customers entire experience around. I am not sure I would even go back to this location. I may end up driving the 30 minutes it takes to get to the one in Conyers from my house...
Read moreI wish I could give no stars. I work a full time job and do not get off until 12 AM. I did not have any food at home so I decided to go to this Taco Bell since It was the only place open that could possibly meet my dietary restrictions. Upon arrival I was advised that they had run out of most of their ingredients like beans, rice, “everything that was fried” etc.. I advised the person that took my order that I do not eat meat and I also requested that they would take off the cheese/sour cream as I am very intolerant to dairy. I asked if they could use black beans instead of meat and they said yes. They even repeated my order back to me. I paid for my meal and when opening everything afterwards, I realized that they had put beef on my Crunchwrap, but no Beans LMAO. So then I thought maybe they got the other taco right, it was a soft taco with potatoes I specifically requested no cheese or sauce. Literally just potato, and tortilla, they couldn’t even get THAT right. It was very frustrating and sad that I just wasted my money on something I can’t even eat. And because they closed right afterwards of course I had to go to home hungry. I’ll never return to this restaurant again I felt as if I was wronged for having a special diet.. on purpose. I understand that it was late but this location did not close until an hour later but that’s no excuse SMH. I just would’ve thought that a brand new Taco Bell would bring better employees too. I guess I was wrong. Hoping other places open late again. I...
Read morei aint never wrote a review a day in my life, but i just had to for this taco bell bc it was AWFUL. i ordered the grilled cheese nacho fries, and so i get my food and i open the box.. and Y'ALL. i could count on one hand the amount of fries i had in that box. and i DID count em. i had a grand total of 6 nacho fries drowned in melted cheese and beef.
so i go inside to show them this atrocity they gave me. me and my sister walk in, and i say "hi" to the young cashier girl with 5 month old braids, and she just looks at me. no "hey, how can i help you?" or anything. so im like "uh, ok.." and i move to the side so i can get the attention of someone from the kitchen. a guy goes "whats the problem?" and the cashier girl just shrugs her big broad shoulders and says"idk". like girl?? you would have known what the problem was if you wasn't MUTE when i spoke to you.
i tell the cook the problem and he calls "stacy", who im pretty sure is the manager. stacy aint come see what the problem was, apologize, or anything. i just stood and waited for my new order, and i wasnt even really sure if they were working on it bc NO ONE would speak to me.
i finally got my new order, and i opened it and it was a 20% improvement from my last one. the cook was also really creepy, bout to break his neck trying to stare at me and my sister instead of making the food. as if we want a 35 year old taco bell cook...
