Very disappointed. Girl at window tonight was scrolling through her phone as I waited to be helped inside. Two younger fellas had got food and ice cream they came back in and asked for ranch. The lady said you didn't say you wanted any (they knew each other), she gave him 4 ranches (no charge). I asked if I could have a onion dip she said sorry I'll have to charge you for that. That's the one cause we charge for 🤔 went on the runway website they charge for ranch. So we give free things to some and not for other. Not good business. She told the guy to go enjoy his freedom so I'm assuming maybe he works there. Regardless very disappointed. Next time I'll go to DQ...

In the 20+ years I have lived in Nebraska, this was my best Runza experience! I went at 12pm for lunch and the crew was courteous and quick. The food was warm and well seasoned. The runza was filled all the way through, every bite was a good proportion of meat, veggies and spices. The bun was cooked all the way through as well. The frings were warm and well cooked and seasoned as well. The lemonade wasn't watered down or overly tart, just the perfect flavor. The ice cream was also stiff and not melting or overly frozen. I am from out of town and I would not recommend going to this Runza during the night nighttime. The service was very terrible. I waited in the drive-through line for at least 30 minutes Before getting my food. An incompetent employee left our food on the counter and just went off and did her own thing. Another employee noticed this and handed us our food and she did not apologize for the inconvenience. When I arrived at my Temporarily place of residence All of my food was cold.
