Napolitano's Brooklyn Pizza — Restaurant in Cranston

Tried them again on Friday night. 2 pizzas, 2 subs, 2 wings all in about $145. Disappointed again. If you are going to ask for special request, try calling and hope the staff reads the order. Everything was barely luke warm when it arrived. Although you don't want to, you could at least heat it up. Ordered the steak & cheese specifically with NO onions & peppers. The wrote again, steak & cheese ONLY. It came with onions & peppers. While it was delicious, I stay away from them because they don't do well with stomach issues. Next day I happened to look at the online order and yes, we are getting feed to death and "fast" food is getting as expensive as a good sit down meal. First, they charge you $1 online fee, which should be less expensive as you are not taking up their staffs time with placing the order and not tying up their phone. Then $7.49 delivery fee. $3.02 fee for "to go" materials. I could not figure out what they calculated the $8.32 tax on. Food was $104.00 and would be $7.28 @7%. Food, to go, delivery & online fee = $115.51 @7% is $8.09. Where $8.32 came from I have no idea. I was impressed their system calculated the.tip on food only which is how tips are supposed to be, not with fees & tax. So overall, disappointed the staff cannot pay attention to the orders. My concern is what if someone has allergies to something and you request it not to be used?

Their menu came in the mail and decided to try them for the first time that night. Italian grinder was great, one of the best I've had! (toasted a little more and it would have been perfect!) Meatball grinder was delicious! Pizza was delicious! (other than my sister's choice in toppings, LOL)

Only disappointing thing was the pricing, and then the "excuse" given when we called to tell them we were overcharged by almost $10 for the pizza.

We ordered the veggie light which says it come with 5 toppings. My sister picked the 5.

When they delivered and she looked at the bill she noticed they charged her for their Veggie Light and then ADDED $$$ for EACH topping!!

When she ordered it she was asked what 5 toppings.

When she called to mention the overcharge, she was told that they charge that price then ADD for each topping, which make NO sense, and makes for a ridiculously overpriced pizza.

The woman proceeded to tell my sister that it is "the CHEFS CHOICE" of 5 toppings...of you pick your own you pay for them.

Again, instead of admitting an error, making up something as insane as "you order the pizza and the chef will put on the 5 toppings you are allergic to, without telling you".

Yeah, insane excuse. Unfortunately I would guarantee that is NOT the answer the owners would support, especially since they could see it was our first time ordering and we order out at least 3 nights a week.

Other than this unfortunate poor customer experience, they would have gotten 5 stars!!

Even if they acknowledged the error and addressed it correctly, they would have gotton 5 stars as we ALL make mistakes, it is all in how we own them and...

We did not order that dish. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parm. There was no mention of red pepper in either of those dishes, and it is not typical for there to be, as with an olio. The red marinara was extremely spicy.

First time eating from here: Food wasn't horrible, but a warning for anyone who decides to get a pasta dish is that the sauce was incredibly spicy. That's great news if you normally like a lil kick, but if you're not into a lil extra heat or if you're feeding children it's not good. I am sick with the rona and made an order for my family because I don't feel up to cooking tonight. All 4 pasta dishes were so spicy. I'm not against spicy food, but it was over my limit, unappetizing and unpleasant. My son took the first bite and his face said it all. I tasted the chicken parm and thought I accidentally got Buffalo chicken pasta... it was super weird. There wasn't anything on the menu that stated that the food would be on the spicy side.

So, with that said, a warning would be nice on the menu if that is the typical sauce. It was very unpleasant for my son to experience that when all he is trying to do is enjoy some...

I can not even begin to tell how disappointed we were!!!! Placed our order for pickup, its a 12-15 minute drive to your store. They told us 15-20 minutes we arrive at your location to get our pizza, when my husband went in to get it, he was told oh sorry we don't have it we must have given it to someone else????? Are you kidding me?????????? My kids had ordered from your location the night before so we thought lets try it. Our mistake!!!!!! The girl behind the counter asked if we wanted to have one delivered? she asked where we live then tells us oh we don't deliver there?????? Do you want us to make you another? it will be about 1/2 hour we are busy!!!!!!!!!!!! well you weren't that busy when we called our order in. This is how you do business? If so I can't believe you have any business at all. Shame on you and your staff , makes no difference if your pizza is good or not, the way you treat your customers is what keeps your business going!
