New York Style Pizza — Restaurant in Cranston

Not impressed. They were better a few years ago and since the quality has tanked. I just got a chicken tender combo and a large pepperoni pizza. You can tell they haven’t changed their oil in months because the chicken was disgustingly greasy and the fries were beyond brown because they were cooked in old oil. By far the worst experience I have ever experienced while ordering take out. Not only did they charge my card they delivered my food expecting me to pay cash. Wait time on delivery was about 45 minutes but totally not work the quality of this places' food. We ordered a calzone it wasnt even cut. Their wings were disgusting. Oh did I mention they charged me the wrong amount and I still called back so they could charge me the rest... awful. Just...

I ordered delivery the other day and all I got was a meatball sub with side of fries and a coke. Was told a half hour. Nearly 2 hours later it arrived and food was cold not even slightly warm. It was as if it was just sitting there. Not to mention they didn't bring my fries even though they charged me for it.
