Mi Rancho Bravo Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Crawfordsville

What a ridiculously bad experience. Date night only comes maybe once every 3 months. We get there at 7pm and seated waitress was initially nice. We got our drinks pretty quick and order in. Food was taken to tables pretty quick at first and then it stopped completely for the entire dine in. We waited and order more drinks and nothing was said to us about why people weren't getting their food. After an HOUR of nobody getting their food. I finally found our waitress and asked her to put our food into a Togo container. She told us at that time the food hadn't even been started because they had a Togo order and she could ring our drinks up and go if we want. WHAT ????you stopped the entire restaurant for over an hour for a Togo order???. Absolutely the worst way for management to handle this. Nobody said anything to the customers. To top it off I stuck paying top dollar for drinks I never would've purchased if we weren't going to get food. You ruined a lot of people's night and were perfectly...

We usally go in to eat. But this was our first time doing carry out since it reopened. Never ceases to amaze me that it still just as amazing if not more so since the reopening! And we live at least few miles away and our food was still just as hot as it was when we picked it up. and they gave us extras of stuff that I didn't know that would come with it and I was so happy it was just like if we went there ourselves ate in the restaurant the homemade chips to homemade salsa the homemade guacamole that you got to try the enchiladas or the combination plate and the steak fajitas all of it is amazing!!!! Returning Customers in definitely we so MISSED YOU ALL DURING THE CHANGE OF CLOSE TO REOPENING! YOU HAVE AN AMAZING FRIENDLY CREW OF SERVERS AS WELL AS CASHIERS. YOU CAN FEEL THE FAMILY ATMOSPHERE!!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MI RANCHO BRAVO IT WAS MUCHO...

Waited for a while to get seated. After we got to our table it took 15 minutes to get a waitress.... 3 tables who came after us were served drinks before our drink order was even taken. We had 5 waitress walk by our table and stare from the chip/drink booth. My husband had to go track down a waitress. It took about another 15 minutes to get our food (not bad) after the waitress took 2 other table's orders.... but our orders were wrong. (Or missing items) the waitress only took back one out of 3 plates to fix it. I had to go up and request a drink refill, silverware (twice) and napkins. A child kept running in and out of the kitchen.

Disappointed would be a good word to describe...
