I drove out of my way to eat at Jack's in Creola on October 3rd after a football game. We received an order that was not ours. The employee working the drive up was not cordial and seemed aggregated that I said that wasn't my food. I returned the food and waited to get my order. I ordered three boxes of wings and received two ranch dips. When I asked for more ranch the employee replied "that's all you get". I went in to speak with the manager and she was just as rude as the employee. She immediately said "I put ranch in your bag". I informed her that ranch was in the order that was not mine. After meeting the manager, I knew why the drive up employee acted the way she did. Your night crew definitely needs customer service training. Read moreI ordered through the app last week and everything was great. Tonight was the total opposite. I ordered 3 cheeseburger kids meals plain , a Big Jack (with everything) combo, and 3 chocolate chip cookies. When I picked up the order at the online order pickup area, the drinks were missing. I asked a couple of people up front, including the manager, and a girl finally stopped to help me. When I finally got home, the order was totally wrong. I was missing a kid's meal and one of the cookies. One of the kids meal burgers had onions all over it and my "Big Jack" was just a burger with ketchup and onion ( It had someone else's name on the sandwich sticker that also said Big Jack no mayo.). It really didn't have the number of customers to constitute that much order confusion, so I'm not sure what was going on behind the counter. Read moreSince this Jacks has opened they have progressively gotten worse and worse about not having chicken ready. This time on a Sunday at 4:30 I walk in and wait about 5 min to be waited on. Maybe 10 people in the restaurant but about 8 cars in the drive through, not moving. I see there about 4 peaces of chicken left in the rack. No problem surely they have some in the fryer. WRONG! The guy at the front says they’re ABOUT to drop some and it’ll be about 20 min. Well I hope they sold it to someone else cause it wasn’t me. The first time I visited this location no wait and many customers. Second and third times less customers and a 5 and 15 min wait. After this last visit I’ll not be back.
