Totally shocked at the attitude and service received from the younger girl behind the counter. We made our order and were waiting a few minutes, no big deal. Not really busy in here but there's only two girls behind the counter. Another regular customer had come in behind us maybe two or three minutes. We stood there and watched as the rude girl makes the order for her regular customer. Walks it over to her (she never even had to come make her order, they already knew it) and brings her exact change. Clearly a regular thing. Well I made the mistake of asking why we were still waiting behind customers who came in after us and got the mean eyes and a snappy remark about trying to get the other customer on her way. My second mistake was believing that I was entitled to any form of polite customer service at all, because she continued to explain to me why I was wrong for a few more unnecessary quips about how she will get to us in a minute.

I've been sitting out front of the place running it over again in my head and I just can't believe it. The girl must be related to the owner because there is NO WAY IN HELL someone with an attitude like that towards customers should ever be in this line of work.

We cancelled our order and got our refund. The attitude absolutely ruined the whole...

We just moved to the area and I wanted something sweet

I would like to say this establishment is a great family friendly place to go for a quick sweet tooth bite

Their menu is pretty cut and dry and I love that they break it down to the light options and heavy options when it comes to sugar for someone that’s trying to diet a little but give their self a sweet treat this is great!

They have a protein option who would have ever thought to add some protein to your shake

Or maybe try a Dave’s jitter shake that gives you a beautiful coffee jump that you need after a long day

The owner is very kind, we walked in and not only did the workers say hello everyone in the establishment walking in and out said hello we have never felt so welcomed in an area

The space is small but the line is usually running to the door because it’s such a great place...

Edit* this happend on the day of the mardi gras parade, an older man with gray hair probly in his 60s.

Everything was going well, ordered the ice cream bought a soda, new to the area, sat down at a table was there for 10 min, kids hands got sticky after he was done eating, the wife heads towards the restroom with our 4yr old to wash his hands and here comes the BATHROOM SECURITY, ma'am this bathrooms for paying customers only. Wife responded yeah I need to wash his hands because we paid and he ate ice-cream and his hands are sticky. We'll if you opened your eyes we were paying customers and what kind of establishments says that too a mother and a 4yr old. Keep your bathroom, and we'll keep our money. Not going back, might as well charge people 50cent to use your bathroom like they...
