DAK Thai Cuisine (Take-Out Only) — Restaurant in Creswell

Found this place on the way going down south. Apparently takeout only. Lady at the front was very nice. I love Thai food and honestly thought that the Pad Thai was one of the best I've had in the U.S. Ordered mild spicy, which had enough spice kick without masking the flavors. Food was prepared extremely fast, was hot and fresh, and tasted amazingly. Portions of meat, eggs, and vegetables were plentiful. Prices are also around 2-5 dollars less than most other places!

First time I've tried Dak, but certainly won't be the last. Got the spicy fried rice with chicken at "medium" and added roasted peanuts. I'm glad I got medium, the amount of heat was perfect, and the flavors were great! There were tons of veggies in it, and they didn't skimp on the chicken either. My wife got the green curry with shrimp, and I was very fortunate to have the chance to try it as well, and it was excellent! I have waited patiently for this establishment to reopen, and the Universe heard me. The flavor is authentic and flavorful, although this is a family business, and the customer service is stellar.
