My Boys Pizza — Restaurant in Creswell

Firstly, I would not consider this place kid friendly as the staff would stare at my 1 child whom was celebrating his birthday, the staff made cold, cringey facial expressions as if they despised kids in general. 2 when I inquired about when we would be receiving the complimentary FREE (1 topping personal size pizza) Pepperoni, no other option offered the staff said they NO Longer offer a pizza for the birthday kid. I expressed by disbelief as the manager had taken our reservation info when made the plans and informed me --without asking her, that my kid would receive a FREE pepperoni pizza that is personal size. Staff then looked froze, and only reiterated that they would not be serving us that pizza. I spent $56 on 2 large pizzas to feed our party members, utterly the most obscene prices I've ever paid for PIZZA in my life. Although the pepperoni was great the BBQ Chicken was absolutely putrid. Will never come back. They used to be friendly and inviting, now their staffed with slobs that appear to have rolled out of bed and immediately clocked in. I want to give this 4 and half stars!!! This has been a go-to for my 2 kids' birthday parties several times over. They are easy to work with on getting party reservations and the play area is perfect for kids ages 2-8. Super accommodating with cake storage and service without charging extra (tip them!!!! They deserve it!!!) Their pizza is good, I enjoy the BBQ chicken pizza and Taco pizza the best...some places don't do better than the "usual" pizzas, but these guys really do. I also like that the parents tend to stick around and socialize because My Boys offers a decent selection of beers that you can buy by the pitcher at good prices. The only change I would request is they freshen up the salad bar options and put more thought into that since some people just can't/won't do pizza....it's almost there but could really use more thought and freshness to what is provided. It would be 5*s...it is nice they provide the salad bar, but if you're gonna have one, definitely treat it like you do the rest of the great menu. Placed my order on line. I was told about 30 to 35 minutes. I got there in about 26 minutes. There was only one other customer in the stores. They said they had a printer problem which didn’t seem to make any sense to me because she had the order on the computer screen. I was told it would be 18 minutes. Ok fine so I sat and waited. After about ten minutes they started getting busy. I waited and watched pizza after pizza go in and out of the oven. But I still had no food. I went to the counter and asked about my pizza. She into the back and was there for 5 or 6 minutes before coming out with my food. She said they had been waiting on the fries. Funny but there were no fries on my order. I definitely won’t be going back. I understand mistakes happen but lying to the customer is just wrong. Own up to your mistakes.
