Read moreSat 12/16@420. Service was excellent, she was attentive, kind and fast. I ordered a double-shot espresso, Starbucks is fully automated, from grin size to the machine and amount of water. This means any problems with the taste is with their predetermined process. The espresso has a sour front taste with an extremely bitter after taste. I don’t know how this is possible. Under-extracted espresso is sour (result of insufficient water or pressure over too coarse grind) while over-extracted espresso is bitter (result of too much water, over too finely ground or excessive ground). I will not say who (but it was the manager We pay over 8 dollars for a Carmel expresso coffee and no thank you. Also the location was shut down from the app and the manager said because they were under staffed. So, no points were given also. This is not acceptable.
