Terrible. Orders are completely inaccurate employees are rude . I ordered food from Grubhub and when I received it was wrong . The employees listen to the Grubhub driver instead of cancelling the order and checking with the customer and they listen to a driver who doesn’t care and wants to move on to the next order so they are gonna tell them whatever . I called the restaurant about the order and the manager Nikki was nice and handled the call well until an employee in the background named carol was being rude saying the item wasn’t on the receipt and calling me a liar and the first response I got from the manager and corporate was to blame Grubhub and said I needed to take it up with them , idc about the money but you can’t blame inaccuracy on a delivery service when you contract them to deliver for you nor can you blame them for being naïve enough to listen to a driver when they didn’t check with the customer first . After talking with corporate the fielded the complaint these restaurants need to stop blaming the delivery services and take accountability because you can’t blame inaccuracy on a delivery service because your the one that makes the food . This is probably the worst tudors . It has the worst rude employees and management is horrible. Nikki is nice but needs to tell her employees to stay out of conversations with customers or it causes...

They have something everyone can enjoy, from large breakfast platters with pancakes to simple wraps and low-carb options. Tudor's is one of the essential West Virginia staples, and if you're visiting the state,...
Read moreThe biscuits at this tudors are consistently smaller, denser, and taste worse than the ones at the Nitro location. Not sure what's going on but the Nitro biscuits are the ones that taste like Tudors used to.

Just wish I didn't have to go all the way to nitro to feel like I actually got a Tudors biscuit.
Update: a whole 8 months later and this is still very much the case in...
