Stopped in tonight. Guy greeting me didn’t understand me when I asked for Tres Leche cake to go. After some repeats, I walked over to where they were & pointed. They had 2 flavors, only 1 left of vanilla. So I asked for the last vanilla & 1 strawberry. He got them out. He says some more stuff, but like low & quiet. There was a language barrier, so I couldn’t read his lips. I tried. So it delayed me paying for the order. Didn’t really matter though, cuz I was ready to pay & go. Then he gets stopped by a server. That server was saying I couldn’t have the cake the guy helping me was holding- cuz his table asked for it. That was the last of it. I was like, I ordered it first. I am ready to pay. The person helping me already pulled it from the cooler.

They start arguing, in Spanish. That’s very rude. I’m right there, I can’t speak that language, and my order was already pulled. I obviously ordered first. Ready to pay, and ready to go. Only thing stoping me was the person helping me can’t understand what I’m saying & vise-versa. We had gotten there…I think. But, the server was arguing and wouldn’t let me buy the cake. I was like, “I ordered it first. How is this a thing.” Didn’t matter.

In the end, I couldn’t get the cakes. That’s not ok guys. That server jumping in and taking what I already ordered, pulled & ready- and I just needed to pay for -is total BS. How is that ok? Just cuz it’s to go, doesn’t mean I’m somehow less important?!

That server should have apologized to his table as I just orderer before them, and they are now out of that cake. But instead, he took them from me. How is that ok? It’s not.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I called in an order for pick up for one chicken fajita. I picked the order up and left a nice gratuity on the check. I drove back home which is about 5 miles away. I sat down to eat and all that was in the bag was a container of rice, chips and salsa. That’s it. I paid over 20 bucks for that. I drove back to the restaurant and let them know I had received the wrong order. My correct order was still sitting there on the counter. One of the workers handed me that bag and said here ya go. I asked him if they could remake my order since mine had been sitting there getting cold. He said this one is fresh. I told him it was not fresh because it had been sitting there for almost 30 minutes. He argued with me saying again it was fresh. I told him I would really appreciate it if I could get the order remade. Another employee came out and also tried to argue the order that had sat there for nearly 30 minutes was fresh. This went back and forth 5 times and I finally realized they were not going redo my order. I took the old order and told them that is terrible customer service and I would never be back. So I got my fajita home which had to be microwaved because it most definitely was cold. There were no tortilla wraps in the bag and there was no salsa for the chips which were stale. When I pay money for food I at least expect decent service and decent food....

Passing through from new river gorge to mammoth cave. Ordered dinner for take out on a sunday evening. Location was a little difficult to get into as we drove up a hill and then the parking lot have a very high hump so beware with lower cars or tows on back of vehicle.

They confirmed our order in the store and there was 1 mixup but they promptly fixed it no questions asked and let us keep the wrong order as well. For the price it was very hard to beat. Food was all delicuous and we were so full! Generous amounts of topings like lettuce, tomatoes, guac, sour cream, cheese etc. See pictures.

We ordered the mexican burger which was pretty good. It was a bit soggy by the time we got home. Arzzo con pollo which was amazing. Wife said this may be her new mexican dish. Seafood chimichonga (can't spell) which had very large chunks of seafood in. One of the taco salads as well which was also delicious and crispy shell bowl. They also gave a complimentary side of chips and salsa.
