The margarita wasn’t bad. The steak in the fajitas was really tough but it probably wouldn’t have bothered me much if the waitress treated me like a human. Worst service I’ve had in years.

Although the restaurant was nearly empty, I had to wait several minutes to get seated. The host/waitress was sitting in a booth behind the podium scowling at me and talking on her cell phone. I would have had to wait longer, I expect, but someone came In behind me and she hung up to seat them. She wanted to set them and ignore me but I kept moving to stay between her and them and she very begrudgingly took me to a table.

I travel alone a lot. My only human interaction many days is wait staff, cashiers, and hotel staff. I try really hard to be extra friendly and chatty because they’re literally all I have on travel days.

She took my order, brought my food, and ignored me the whole time while walking by scowling. No interaction from her whatsoever. I’m sure she has all sorts of personal issues I know nothing about, it has nothing to do with me but I would never subject myself to that sort of experience again.

Truly...

Actually i give this place no stars. We went there hoping to have a nice valentines day dinner and were so disgusted and disappointed it nearly ruined our evening. The service was lousy, the chips tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. The salsa was basically tomato sauce with some jalapeño added. We ordered the special dinner which consisted of an enchilada, a taco, a tostada, a tamale and a chili relleno. With rice and beans. There was so much soy added to the beef it could not be called beef. The refried beans on the tostada had so much water added that it was soggy and fell apart. The enchilada and the taco cold and tasteless. The tamale was huge and 95% masa. The chili relleno, a mound of tasteless hamburger meat with an ancho pepper split open and laid on top sprinkled with cheese and passed over with a torch. I thought rellenos were dipped in batter and deep fried. Absolutely the worst food ever. Taco Bell rates five stars to this place. I do not recommend eating there. All this after it took the waiter 35 mins to...

After a horrible experience at the place just across the street ...we tried this place and it was quite nice really All the covers were well presented and quite delicious and the combination offers do look just like that ...my favorite choice the chile relleno was pretty good , but what really won us over at this place was the birra offering being the tacos served in an authenticly fried corn tortilla with a lovely au ju dip ...I don't think it was goat ...I believe it was a shredded beef but it was tender and truly delicious....I would highly recommend it and the offered several different dishes with the protein Lastly the service was excellent the food came out at lightning speed and all in all it was a wonderful dining experience at a very reasonable price I would recommend Cancun if your passing by in the interstate or a local It's colorful decor and bright atmosphere has plenty of room for even the...

Complete disappointed!!! Stopped by whilst traveling through the area. The sizzling fajitas didn’t sizzle and on the chilly side of heat. (Would fail a health department inspection). A Budweiser had a higher alcohol content than the medium margarita. The tortillas were hard and crispy. When the staff was advised of the concerns (after paying my bill so not to think I was wanting free food) I was told ‘What do you expect we are in Tennessee not Mexico! Wow!! I just figure the population of Crossville Tennessee don’t know anything any different and appreciate this as a ‘Best Mexican Restaurant in Tennessee’. If they only knew there is better Mexican Restaurants out there if they just took the opposite to travel. Go next door to the Taco Bell and that would be an upgrade from this place.

Delicious, moist shredded chicken, but the beef is pretty salty. Service was super friendly and pretty quick. No fuss meal for 8, including for kids, went off without a hitch. The meals all had a lot of meat in them (we had chicken, beef, and shrimp at our table). If you don't like meat or cheese, this might not be a good choice for you. The table next to us served dishes to kids of what looked like two pounds of thin cut chicken covered in this white cheese sauce. There is a lot of meat and cheese going on here! I'm stuffed! Good place to go if you are looking for a break from cooking and want something tasty and easy, or just if you love meat and cheese.
