Taco Bell — Restaurant in Crossville

Let's be honest... This taco bell is much worse then the one on main street, and that's not saying a whole lot. The employees don't even know the meaning of customer service. They could at least crack a smile at a corny joke meant to brighten their day. The food almost never comes the way I order it, and if I customize anything, I have to check the bag before I leave the parking lot. Let's say I order a chalupa without tomatoes, which I normally do. I'll get the most measly amount of meat. 1/8 of the shell is meat. Another 1/8 is cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. The other 3/4 is pure, dry shell. Once time, I opened my chalupa to check, and they just scraped off the toppings from somebody else's. Now, I just don't like the taste of tomatoes, they make me sick. What if I was allergic? If I hadn't of taken a close look, I could have been in the hospital. If you want a taco, take the extra 5-10 minutes to drive over to main street. They're about 50/50 for me, but that's better...

The only place we eat at in Kingston. Were going twice a week minimum. The past month has been very lacking. We ordered the big box nachos and there wasnt even a handful of steak a sprinkle of cheese and nothing else! $5.00 for a box of chips. I like the triple lyre nachos and the red sauce and cheese is usually perfect but sometimes they forget to put on the beans. The last time when ordering I asked them to make sure there was beans the gentleman who took my order said Absolutely! He went to the line asked the young boy in glasses to make sure they were perfect and the boy loudly responded "well she needs to realize they are only $1.00 it's not going to be perfect." Today me and my bf ordered some food, on the app it showed we could order both breakfast and other food it didn't say there was a certain time we could order these things. I got breakfast which they completely messed up, and he got two none breakfast things, the lady came out to the car we told her thank you and she said in the rudest tone of voice that they had to make some of the food fresh, and they don't serve that type of food until 10am and before we got a chance to even say that we didn't know and to apologize she walked away and just went back into the restaurant.
