Dunkin' — Restaurant in Crossville

I have always had excellent service at Dunkin' Donuts not matter where in the Country that I am, until today. It's my absolute favorite coffee far and above any other brand so I was ecstatic when we finally got one in our small town. Stopped in today, March 10, 2019 at about 6pm for a after dinner coffee to go and because I needed a couple items from Circle K in the same Plaza I went inside even though there was nobody in the drive thru. And I stood at the counter and waited, and waited, and waited. I could hear two girls chattering away around the corner but couldn't see them. After several minutes one appeared and went into the open office, as she came back out she made eye contact with me and went back around the corner. No hi, hello, I'll be with you in just a minute, nothing! But having worked in establishments like this for most of my almost 60 years I knew that sometimes even though it doesn't look busy you can be busy getting caught up or stocked up. And I waited, and waited, and waited until I finially got upset because my grandson had to use the rest room so I yelled Hello?!? Does anyone work here?!? My less tentative hello's earlier on hadn't gotten a response. Both young girls came barreling around the corner, one vane to the register and asked, what do you want?!? What do I want? How about being waited on without having to wait ten minutes? Or maybe a I'm sorry you had to wait, how can I help you? Anything but, what do you want? I gave her my very simple order to which she replied, that'll be x amount. That was it. I was made to feel like I was really putting them out by making them do thier jobs! I was so upset that I said as much. Her reply was, Well we didn't see you! Mine, Really? You looked right at me when you came out of the office earlier. They both had the audacity to roll thier eyes, the dark haired girl said Whatever! and the little blonde even shook her head while she was making my Oh so difficult order of a large extra extra coffee and then she handed it to me, said anything else? And they both disappeared back around the corner. No thank you, no I'm sorry, no have a nice day, nothing! Worst service ever in any State from Florida to AZ! So disappointed that it was in my own home town! I've been here before and gotten excellent, timely and very personable service but not this time. Imo these two young ladies need to find employment that doesn't have anything to do with having to interact with paying customers! Very...

Had an absolutely hideous experience. We had several drinks orders that we always get at Dunkin at several locations across the country as we travel often. We always get these orders with no ice as they are refreshers and we actually like to experience the flavors instead of them watered down with a cup of ice or more. We were informed after placing the order that this was impossible and against company policy. After telling the staff we get them at every other location we've ever been too with no ice they still informed us it was against company policy. We went to the oak ridge location and they said this was not a policy they were aware of we called multiple other locations as well and they had never heard of this policy either. Regardless if it's policy or not it's ridiculous that a customer can ask for no ice and be refused that service. If this is the policy then I will take my families...

Stopped this morning, I'm not a DD regular, but I ran in for breakfast before heading home 5.5 hours away. There was a new girl training, the girl training her was doing a fantastic job! She was courteous and kind to me and the trainee. I could hear her explaining in detail what needed done and how to do it. She was the only one on register inside. It was busy in the drive thru and they had ample employees taking care of them as well.

My lower score is based on I ordered the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Croissant, and it was a disappointment. It is described as having 4 slices of bacon, mine had ONE. The egg was so small it allowed almost half of the croissant to be basically croissant with a slice of cheese, which I threw out that part.
