Normally we have decent service at this store, but not lately.
The past few times the tables have been dirty, it's taken twice as long to get our order, and things are forgotten. This last visit was probably the worst. After 20 minutes for a take out order (granted, we had a lot of food), we went up to ask for cups because they didn't offer them at any point. When we were given our order, more than half of it was missing. Two large fries, a 10 piece nugget, and our apple slices weren't in the bag. Then, after driving 10 minutes back home, we also discover two of our pies are also missing. We called about 4 times before someone finally answered the phone to help us. On top of this, we ordered apple pies and had to settle for cookies and cream pies because it would be a 12 minute wait - but they only told us that after we asked for our cups. Our fries were already getting cold by the time we received them.
All of these things on their own are minor, but since they happened in a single visit, it made this the worst visit in over 7 years of living out here. I hope they improve soon, but I'll be waiting a while before choosing to...
   Read moreLeaving piles of dirt in the middle of the floor and abandoning a dust pan 3ft away makes no sense. Were we too busy to finish cleaning before break? Yeah the guy went on break and just left it there.
Service at the counter is slow and I don't use the filthy kiosk things with dirty finger marks on it.
All the condiments are by request so when you ask for it and they don't get it for you you have to go back to the counter and wait. Often they glance and ignore you.
The tea dispenser are no longer by the fountain drinks. If you need refills on sweet tea get in line and wait... Way too long.
A morning manager makes his money drop very obvious in the zipped bank pouch. He needs to be discreet and have some operational security otherwise some bad actor, not a security minded customer, may take a run on grab n go.
Waiting for your order in the pull ahead drive thru spot, then they bring you a cold and wrong order, you go inside and then wait and wait at the counter. They see you in the back and ignore you.
Not sure what has happened at this McDonald's but it's been declining in service and appearance over...

Wth happened to good morning, or thank you for choosing McDonald's, or even may I help you, instead I had a skin head that just stared blankly and lost at me like I was one of the wonders of the world. You don't have to hire rocket scientist, but your front counter face should at least not be a mute. Drive to any other McDonald's but this one and there food is 50/50 on if it's even warm no joke lol. Good luck to this franchise store with those work ethics and attitudes.
