This small cozy restaurant blew my mind today. This week I had breakfast in other restaurants in Howard St . On Tuesday I ate breakfast at the Riverside restaurant and on Friday I had breakfast at Camm cafe. Today we decided to try the Wagon wheel and I am glad because everything was absolutely amazing ! Homemade bread, biscuits and homemade gravy I order the Burns ( omelet) Chorizo green pepper, onions, pepperoncini, salsa and pepper jack cheese. You can make your omelet a burrito 🌯 so I did! The egg was fluffy and the peppers ,onion and Chorizo were juicy and cooked to perfection. Every bite was an explosion of flavors. I didn't realize it come with potatoes and it was an unexpected surprise because I usually don't order them because they never cooked them right. This time they were not only well seasoned they were cooked right. Hubby order biscuits and gravy and Over easy eggs with ham and bacon. The homemade biscuits and gravy were one of the best he's ever had. In a Scale of 1 to 10 this place is without a doubt a Solid 10! This is my new favorite place to go get breakfast 😋 It's cozy ,phenomenal food and great and...

The sour cream was very good, and the salsa seemed to be homemade. The hard shells looked like soft tortillas that were baked or fried, which added a little something. The tomatoes were all the good parts and not the usually white/green core you'd get from a place like Taco Bell. There were onions on the tacos, which usually I wouldn't be a fan of, but they were very mild and blended well with the overall flavor. The meat was perfectly seasoned as well. Be aware that there was a 99-cent or dollar charge for carry out, which I imagine is a big part of the business since this place is very small inside.
I will...
Read morePossibly the best breakfast I've ever eaten. Even if it's not your cup-of-tea, you have GOT to try the biscuits and gravy. Everything is made from scratch, locally sourced. It sounds silly, but I had the best eggs over-easy of my life here. Also, tried the Black River Omelette when we went back. Wife got a breakfast sandwich.
Bacon and sausage were excellent. Waitresses were more than helpful, going over and above to give us menu AND local travel suggestions. 10/10 Absolutely don't skip this one. And if you're in for lunch, get a grinder. Their...
