Burger King — Restaurant in Crystal River

I went inside and ordered 3 whoppers 3 cheeseburgers 3 med fries cooked to order. All 3 whoppers weren't hot or cooked to order but rather cold and dry not sure how chs burgers were they were for our boys who eat anything teens lol fries were hot and fresh. Sadly I feel like I wasted our money because my hubby and I didn't eat our whoppers only our fries. Would recommend you check everything before leaving. New to the area and not sure we will return. UPDATE 4/2025 figured after an extended period of time they may have hired some employees that gave a crap about their work ...nope went in at 8:45pm on Friday eve ordered $50 of food for myself and family..... incompetent lazy night manager guy took down the broiler at 830 pm they don't close till 12 am on Fridays.... and what he does is have the employees put raw patties in the warming trays to cook. Not flame broiled not handled safely or properly. My whole family ended up with upset stomachs for the weekend, self included. We brought it to his attention and he acted dumb didn't wanna remake it properly or refund us that night. Contacted main manager Georgia to make her aware and ask for a refund and she refused stating we should have taken care of it that night. I tried but the night manager didn't want to fix the food or issue a refund. This is unacceptable in a business...

The manager Fran was very rude not only to customers but to her employees as well she was very unprofessional as I called up to tell them my order was wrong when I got home instead of talking like a manager should she instead hung up the phone and then proceeded to take phone off the hook for approximately 5min as I called again she sent it to the voicemail and under her breath I heard this so called manager call me a name as I couldn't hear exactly what she said I do know her employees all looked like wow so as an angry customer as I had just paid for almost $30.00 worth of food I let her have it and by no means did I hold back as she was disrespectful to me and her employees. If this happens alot with management then she should not be allowed to work as any kind of authority. I asked for a number to call and complain and she instead of giving me a number said we don't have one and hung up the phone, when I called back and asked for a different manager she said I dont know when he will be in call back another day. I love eating at Burger King but after tonight I believe it will be a long time before I spend my hard earned money there again especially if...

If you stop here, you will regret it. Like everyone else says the food is always gross and cold especially the fries. If you ask for it fresh since everything is cold, they will still give you the same cold stuff right back. With an attitude at that. Reading these reviews, I’m seeing it wasn’t just me who received some of the worst customer service ever. Like everyone said she yells. Very argumentative about the way you want your own food. and she’s very lazy, they want to give you burgers that have been sitting there for 10 minutes instead of just cooking up some more. It’s a huge problem for you to get your burger how you want it here. The two workers teaming up on me were extremely rude. They could’ve and should’ve handled manners in a more calm and professional way but when you hire older ladies to do a job that kids usually do, I guess that’s the kind of service you could expect from them.
