1st Impression as a first time patriot used the Drive-Thru, Got my name completely wrong for the order, "Names not Keith, but No big deal', food took a few minutes to prepare, 'unexpected, but again not a big deal', was handed a filthy bag with coleslaw bits and juice on the outside 'not acceptable', requested a replacement "Clean bag", they did. Get home, every thing was cold, 'ok it was a 15 minute drive, not great but lesson learned not a to-go joint', unpacked the bag, noticed my order was NOT complete, the Mexican Fries were absent, 'not happy, but mistakes happen', call the store explained the omission, requested a simple refund for just the missing Fries, was informed I would have to return in person for a cash refund only or to be provided the missing Fries, escalated to the shift manager for the refund, was again told cash refund only, would have to appear in person, was then offered incentive of free fries, milkshake and/or a few other options for the inconvenience.
Begs the following questions; Why only in person refunds are allowed in cash? How often are orders not filled correctly? Is quality control an issue?
Conclusion: Terrible consumer business practices and Drive through is a waist of your hard earned dollars for their meal, unless you're going to eat immediately in the parking lot!
If you won't refund when your employees make a mistake, then why should anyone return or continue patronages of...
Read moreWe were so excited to come back to coney to have the Chicago dog. . We ordered I said no mustard no relish on one of the dogs Picked up the order. Saw that mustard and relish was on both , went up to the same girl that was on the register to let her know that the one dog shouldn’t have had relish or mustard. She then took it back and said to the cook do you have Tamara’s ticket.the cook was like what are you talking about. For about 20 minutes I see the young lady taking orders and giving the new people there orders to where I had to stop eating stand back in line. She still wasn’t acknowledging me. The short hair lady at the drive thru came and re-done my order. Guess the cashier girl thought I was just going to go away. Not after giving you $30 dollars. She needs to be re-trained. Bad customer service no apologies or anything from the young lady. The drive thru lady apologized. Just saying if someone is in the front as a cashier to be taking orders. She needs to be trained on how to treat a customer after she made the mistakes. I will return because I like the dogs. Just not happy with the treatment I received today especially because I was treating my husband for...
Read moreWe had high expectations because we've eaten at another location but the food was inedible. It resembled what we ordered, but... The footlong chicago was shoved into the bag of food upside down and sideways, it had all the condiments on it which is fabulous, but about 4 x as much as anyone would want, so when I turned it right side up the paper it was wrapped in fell apart and the relish, tomatoes, onions etc all fell everywhere, there were many onion rings but they were undercooked, and we were given only 1 tiny ranch dressing to dip. The burger didn't look or taste like beef, it was barely warm and it was in a wet bag that was broken thru on the bottom of it, cresting a huge mess as I lifted the burger bag out of the bag it broke apart and all of the components of the buger fell out onto the floor, again it wasn't even hot at all, the bun was not hot nor toasted and no dressing on it. I'm a photographer, I'd show you a picture of the pile of mess we bought for almost $20 but it would embarrass the manager or owner, just know it was totally inedible, although I pulled the hot dog out and ate it because I was starving, the family will...
