We passed La Pica several times during our visit to Culebra. We finally stopped there for lunch on our last day. I wish we had stopped sooner and more often! We had a grouper fish sandwich that was out of this world, cooked to perfection, super fresh and pleasingly plated right down to tiny Puerto Rican flags which we took home as a souvenirs of one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Read moreOne thing I dislike about PR is that they treat visitors like 2nd class people. Even in this kiosks. We were waiting for our food after half an hour, the locals showed up, of course they jumped the line and we waited for 1:30 before finally getting our food.
