It was not the best. The steak felt more American style then portguese. The male behind the bar maybe the owner seemed to have a following of people. At times I felt forgotten about. I felt it was slightly over priced as well. I have had decent amount portguese food and it has been better and slightly cheaper or same price but I got more. There cash price and card price. I would have liked the yolk cooked through. I didn't realize the red container was hot sauce because it wasn't labeled. I tried there house desert. Chocalte and vanilla pudding with Maria cookies. I have also had better of that type of dessert it's popular in portguese places. At the end of day there was nothing that makes me feel like I really...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would! Primarily based on the owners personality and service he provides alone! The restaurant was fairly busy and he seemed to be the only person working we walked into the restaurant where there isn’t much space to wait the whole restaurant was staring at us as we waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. After waiting 10 minutes he put 3 menus on a table without saying hello, that we could sit or anything my boyfriend said hello and he walked away. We sat for a few minutes at our table and decided to leave after being ignored and rather embarrassed. He cannot run the restaurant alone and if he can’t afford to hire workers I suggest it’s time to close up shop!...
Read moreAsked for medium on the steak got well past well done super chewy no sauce no flavor. Chicken Mozambique had barely any sauce or flavor chicken was super dry. My runny egg was overcooked and dry. Rice was decent. Fries were okay. The only thing that was fully eaten was the kids chicken fingers by my 6 year old the rest went to the trash. As someone who's had many varieties of Portuguese food this was the most disappointing. Hopefully it was just a bad day i mean they weren't busy only two tables and was a Thursday afternoon so I'm hoping it was just a bad day for the cook. I may try again in the far future but as for now...
