Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cumberland

I am amending my review. This place has pretty good pizza but the service was terrible on my visit today. The manager refused to let me pay for my order with a $50.00 bill. They also refused to allow me to write a check from a local credit union. The manager claimed that they have never allowed $50 bills or personal checks. They claimed the sign on the door stated this. This statement was not true. The sign on the door clearly states no $100.00 bills, nothing about $50 bills or checks. I told them they need to update their sign. I had to go to my credit union to get $20 bills. I have never had a business be so rude and unprofessional before in my life and I am a senior citizen. Ridiculous. I took a picture of the sign on the door but I am unable to post it. I understand businesses not wanting to be ripped off by phoney Bill's, but make sure you have the correct sign...

Recent ownership change. Customer service is horrible. Waited 45 minutes for a cheesy bread cheese pizza and breadsticks. Left as the atore had no where left to stand inside and I became an unpaid doorman who was being pushed left and right. I called as I left and told them I left as I had places to be and there was no room to wait any longer. (I asked for a supervisor) and the girl who came to the phone asked what was wrong and I explained what happened and she sarcastically answered "Well what would you like me to do about it". Ibturned around and wemt back and stood for a whole additional 15 minutes before I got a refund. I declined all offers of coupons and handed the now free food to another customer to avoid them waiting an hour and went and ordered papa johns. 2 stars because I like the pizza. I ordered pizza the other night, they asked if I would be there by 10, let me order the pizza, I was there 3 minutes past 10 and had the doors locked. I watched them throwing food away. Really, you would rather lose money by locking the door 3 minutes early then let me in and buy the old food you just threw away! hmm. sad, some poor person could have eaten that crazy bread you threw in the trash. I think we should have a program in this town that when the restaurants close, the food they are going to toss in the trash can be picked up by responsible adults and be distributed to the less fortunate that I know personally don't eat everyday. Especially when I know a whole pizza went in that trash because you let me order it....
