J & S is oakl86 on ebay. I bought a Stihl MS360 chainsaw and J & S pawn sent the saw with a scored piston. I requested return for refund and was given a return ship label that didn't have enough funds to cover postage. I notified seller and they wanted to send me a return ship label off ebay website to my private email address which is against ebay policy. I ended up having to get Ebay involved to get proper return ship label. Seller received item back on May 15 and today is May 17 and still no refund but seller has 3 days to refund per Ebay representative. I noticed today seller re-posted saw on ebay with scored piston before refunding me. How rude and unethical. Seller has only been on ebay 2 years with a 96% feedback score. I have been an ebay member over 16 years with 100% positive feedback score. I am rtluvr69. Feel free to look. Also, read reviews about stolen property here on google. You'll see. Not a reputable business in not only my opinion but others as well. You would think since they hold a FFL license they would be more responsible and ethical in their business practice due to buying and selling firearms. I had some items stolen on monday tuuesday i went to j& s found items there i asked them to get the list of items the person brought in and put them back for me till Friday i wasnt sure what all had been taken ..they put a few of the items back but neglected to put back a rototiller which btw is still under warrenty ..so they knowingly sold stolen merchandise i told them id be there to get back my things ii provided serial # etc so to the person that bought my rototiller its fairly new has warrenty and i hope it...

Awful customer service. Abrasive older woman at counter unwilling to test an item for my husband. She insisted it wasn't silver and she was not interested... It turned out to be genuine silver and was bought for a nice price by Allegheny Pawn.. much better place and friendly people.
