McDonald's on Keith Bridge: The Guilty Pleasure Hideaway
In the culinary world, there are Michelin-starred restaurants, trendy cafés, and then there's the guilty pleasure category - where McDonald’s reigns supreme, especially the one on Keith Bridge.
Let's address the burger-shaped elephant in the room: we've all been told it's "not cool" to indulge in fast food. Yet, there's something undeniably alluring about this establishment. Some items might roll out pre-made, and yes, the purists might raise an eyebrow. But oh, the blissful flavor of nostalgia wrapped in that unmistakable paper!
The fries? A golden standard in every sense of the word. Crisp, salty, and hot, they’re like the little potato magicians that perform a vanishing act every time they hit the table. Unbeatable is not just a term; it’s a fry-shaped reality here.
Then there's the venerable Quarter Pounder with Cheese, a classic masterpiece in its own right. With every bite, you're taken on a trip down memory lane, back to simpler times when the complexities of life were discussed over burgers and sodas.
But here’s the clincher: there's no judgment at the Golden Arches. This McDonald's understands you. It gets those late-night cravings, those sneaky lunch breaks, and that inherent desire to occasionally go against the "cool" grain.
A rating? In the realm of fast-food indulgence, it's a sinful 4.7 out of 5 stars. The McDonald's on Keith Bridge isn't just another chain outlet; it's a sanctuary for all those who unabashedly admit to their cravings and wear their guilty pleasures with pride. Sometimes, all you need is a good ol' burger to feel like everything's right...
Read moreIt's taken a while to write a review for this place. This has never been a great location, but today was the last time I'll be there. I frequented this location 1-2 times a week for breakfast. As we can see by other reviews, the customer service at this location has gone downhill. Lately I've been handed food, almost tossed to me with no dialog at all. This morning when I pulled up to the drive thru there was no greeting. Zero. I waited and waited. When the car that was behind me pulled up to the speaker next to me, I politely said "Hello?" Just to make sure they knew a car was there. Nothing, yet again. Zero response. When I heared the guy that was behind me now ordering in the speaker next to me, I repeated "Hello?", Now wondering if the speaker was broken. Still no response. When someone finally answered the speaker, I received a girl with a harsh attitude who was offended that I was saying "Hello?" And started arguing with me as to why I was saying hello--keep in mind--I never got a greeting saying anything like "I'll be right with you, we're busy" etc. Nothing. I explained that I hadn't heard anything and the car behind me was ordering before me. Then she told me that she would serve me because I simply wasn't sure if they knew I was there and I was asking Hellow. Atrocious, horrible customer service--if you call no greeting or aknowledgmemt at the speaker any kind of...
Read moreThe most rude and inexperienced staff I have ever come across. We sat down to eat where the tables were not blocked off. A young girl working there said you're not allowed to sit here, but since you are already sitting here it's okay if you stay. A few minutes later, another young girl came over and said in a very nasty tone you can't sit here. I said to her the other girl said that since we were already sitting here we could remain here. She said no you can't. I got up and approached the counter and said we were told that since we were already sitting here that we could sit here. There were about four other employees at the counter saying no you can sit there, can't you see that the tables say that you can't sit there. The tables did not have any signs or indication on them saying that we could not sit there. There was a guy that came in after us and he spoke to somebody behind the counter like he knew them and proceedede to sit down at a table a long side the cashier. When I said well this guy is sitting here they had nothing to say. They said that the girl that told me that I could sit there was 16 years old and I should have realized that. I said to them how would I know she was only 16 years old and if she were 16 years old that she needed to be trained better. I was truly appalled by the way I got treated at this McDonalds. I will not...
