Absolutely The worst experience I probably ever had, We are food Connoisseurs. I believe sometimes places could have a bad night. But now this is twice in the matter of two weeks. Our pretzel bites were completely raw dough, Let me start by saying we only live. Maybe a mile away from this place. They changed the time of our delivery 3 separate times We waited over an hour and a 1/2 When they originally told us 35 to 40 minutes. My son's chicken tenders were completely burnt. By the time they got here, the food was cold, they called and said they were 10 minutes away another 30 minutes they finally arrived. So we called and complained and they only gave me $13 back. Well again tonight we ordered, Figuring we'd give them another chance based on all of these false reviews on their page, And they changed our time again over 3 times we waited over an hour and a 1/2 again. The food arrived. We were missing 2 of our Canoli's, We ordered 2 orders of cheese fries. One of the boxes had written Is on top in marker "Sorry, we ran out of fries So we gave you Onion rings", Without even asking if anybody even wanted them or liked them or if we could substitute them for something else. The lettuce to the Caesar salad was completely brown, wrong sauce was used on the wings, My husbands cheese bread The dough was completely uncooked it's disgusting You can't tell which part was cheese Or dough The garlic bread that came with my meal was completely burnt. They called us finally after waiting almost an hour After the time that was promised, they said their delivery driver had a few other deliveries. He was out doing and he was only ten minutes away, And when he got Here we were talking to him about it He was a very nice kid, not his problem He told us that he was actually at the restaurant The whole time when they said he was out making deliveries And that's why our food was so late. My husband called them. They were very rude. They said we didn't think you would mind if we swapped your fries for onion rings. And my husband had to ask them to take money off. They reluctantly only credited him for his cheese fries that he was missing. Do not recommend this was twice now. So many other great food places in the area. Definitely. Don't waste your time...
Read moreI ordered a few times and decided to comment. First, tried out a cheese steak and mushroom 🍄 onion 🧅 pizza...wanted his fries but he didn't get the delivery so no fries....the cheese steak was very good and the pizza 🍕 is better than most in the area...then another day I got a pepperoni roll, cheese fries and another cheese steak...pepperoni roll was wonderful, cheese steak I already commented on and I love fresh cut fries and they were great. Then Superbowl night I ordered a broccoli 🥦 calzone, mango habanero wings, garlic peppercorn parmesan wings, fresh cut cheese fries and a peanut butter cannoli. The calzone was huge, glad I ordered an extra sauce lol...was so friggin good and he didn't skimp on the ricotto like alot of places do, it was simply fantastic...the wings were excellent, they are the bigger wings, plenty of sauce and cooked perfect (no raw ones). The only thing I can't give them in my opinion is the cannoli...it was good but had way better.
UPDATE 5 August 23 Well here we are a few years later. Loved the food before when they first opened, and now that I have tried most items, I love it even better now. Just a shame they are hidden in Mohnton, if they were located on a busy street you would be standing in a line. So I guess we are lucky they are a hidden gem 💎 exclusively for us. I'm not giving their address as I don't want to stand in a line lol
Update 20 March 2024 Still eating here, got the chicken Alfredo pasta for myself and my son Josh who is a picky eater. Outstanding, big pieces of chicken and a fulfilling meal especially with...
Read moreMy mom and I usually check out a local pizza place whenever we do a day trip, she said she saw good things on Facebook about this place so I said why not? First off, I was excited to see Chicago style pizza on the menu as it is not offered many places where we live, if any at all.
We ordered the fried ravioli as an appetizer and the Chicago style pizza. Well, the fried ravioli was a meal in itself, even divided by two people. 5 huge pieces, oozing with different cheeses and it was amazing. I ate two pieces, she had one, and the rest went home because we wanted the pizza! The pizza was amazing and authentic…deep dish with the sauce on top of everything and the sauce was a little sweet so the acidity wasn’t instant heartburn which was great. It comes served as six big pieces and we each only ate one, the rest will be lunch throughout the rest of the week at work. Overall the food was amazing and will definitely be back when our travels take us that way.
The one drawback, and it’s only a draw back if you dine in, is that it’s a little warm inside. Summer heat probably added to this but I wish it was cooler in the dining area. The food took a little time but that is ok because if you order Chicago style you understand that aspect and the waitress advised us up front. So that is understandable and should not be an issue if you order this type of pizza, just waiting in a little bit of a warm room was a bit unpleasant. Overall I would...
