I made the almost 2hr drive to give the place a try after seeing them on Facebook. I figured it would be fun. I learned they open at 4pm and I arrived a little early not knowing the drive. I was excited to be the first customer of the day. It's no joke when they say they open at 4pm. I watched 3 staff all get dropped off there between 3:55-3:59. My immediate thought was how is this going to work? I ordered a bacon pepper jack burger and a small Elvis pizza for the drive back. The photos online looked incredible so I asked about a few different shakes too. Sadly the young, polite girl at the counter said she had no idea about them because she was new. In her defense she did try calling someone to inquire but to no avail. I asked for just a standard "old fashioned" shake instead. I was disappointed when she handed me a cup of vanilla soft serve with a spoon and straw. I was told it would be just a few minutes for my food.... I do realize that ovens need time to warm up and get to the proper temp but I never should've been told "just a few minutes " then. It was close to 4:45 before I was notified that the pizza overnight wasn't heating up. I asked to just take it as is and that I'd cook it at home instead. While still waiting, I was finally handed a burger but I'm pretty sure I was given someone else's order because it did not have bacon or pepper jack on it. After waiting so long, I figured I wasn't going to mention it and wait longer, i decided to eat it anyways and not make a fuss about it. I finished the burger and then my small pizza was ready to go for the trip back home. I'm not knocking the business and I saw they have great reviews from others, so I applaud them for earning that. Lesson learned, don't go when they first open and don't have too high of expectations. I did try some of the pizza when I get on the road and the toppings just fell off the slide when I pulled a piece so I gave up and waited until I got home. Better...
Read moreTonight I went to the messy apron for the first time I'm new to cut bank the disrespect, the disgusting food which my children wouldn't even eat, and the fact nothing about our order was right but the sodas which there were only two and then to speak to the manager about all the issues at first I was ignored several times then she proceeded to do absolutely nothing to solve any of the issues they should be lucky my boyfriend isn't allergic to nuts since we ask for non and got them anyways and honestly this has got to be the worst experience i have ever in my entire life at a restaurant I don't recommend i would give 0 stars if possible even the salad wasn't edible and i paid almost 200$ for the treatment and disgusting food! Not to mention we waited two hours for our food for this treatment and to know I wasted that much money just to go to McDonald's who has better food so my family could eat tonight completely...

Being from near Chicago and on the road for five weeks, I was craving pizza. I would skip every place I saw because it didn’t look good. Their pizza did look good. Unfortunately, it didn’t taste good. The sauce was ok tasting m, so little you couldn’t taste it unless you scraped some from under the cheese to see what it tasted like. The cheese was just so-so, but the real problem was the extras - green peppers and onions. They were such small pieces and so few, it was rare you could taste any. Also, sprinkle some oregano on top for some flavor. I don’t know if I am justified in my post, or that is just the way...
