Absolutely atrocious hospital. My daughter had a chronic issue so we scheduled and attended a regular doctor's appointment and they took bloodwork to test for a couple of things (didn't reveal any new info in the end). They billed $1661 for just this! There was no warning that a doctor's appointment was going to cost much more than a mortgage payment! When we discussed making payments with the billing dept., no objections were given. After 4 payments, we get a letter saying that now they're going to send it to collections. I explained they could either get the whole thing over a little time or get a fraction from a collections company, but they replied it's policy and they have no choice.

Horrible I did not know where the check-in was for the ER the nurses just stared at us didn't ask us if we needed anything. I finally found check-in area after checking in my 84 year old grandmother in, when the doctor walked in he was in such a rush walked away from me well I was still talking to him. I believe he assumed we were just some pill head indians and told my grandmother to take Motrin for her broken hand, I heard him give the white girl in the next bed narcotics for a toothache but would not give my Native American grandmother anything for her broken arm. It is a fact that this town is so racist I remember that as a child but viewing it as a adult hurt so much we all deserve to be treated equal. The staff were awesome and caring even when our family fell apart during my mom Donna Marie Fisher Peters was dying. No one wants to lose a loved one but they were there every step of the way. Helped me with all the details I had no idea even existed. The housekeeper and his artwork brought me great peace. All the CNAs and nurses were awesome The doctor was truthful kind and sympathetic.
