Fiesta Pizza & Chicken — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

UPDATE: The manager is stating here that I am being unthruthful. I do not lie. The order that I received the other night was the worst I've ever had anywhere. just one day or two days before that I had chicken that was so delicious crispy in the breading everything was delicious, then I don't know what happened but it's not good it was terrible and dry as a bone. it's clear here that the manager does not care. you do not treat your customers like that because your customers are the ones that make your business. pictures will follow but pictures are hard to be used because they are one dimensional. I believe the chicken was cooked ahead of time and reheated. I never saw anything in a fryer. there was no skin on any of the chicken very little as if they peeled it off.

My experience with this location was initially a good one. a friend of mine had me over for dinner and I commented how delicious the chicken was. The skin was crispy and it had great taste. The next night I decided to buy some on my own. I went to the restaurant and ordered almost $20 worth of chicken and JoJo's. I spoke to the manager the next day because it was too late to talk to anybody in the store. I didn't want to accuse the employees there of doing a bad job it was a bit uncomfortable circumstance. I have the evidence of not eating the order. when I called the manager working during the day the next day he told me he would not be able to do anything for me but give me half off the next order. this was not acceptable and I did let him know I would not be revisiting his store. I told him I could bring back the evidence that I did not eat the order and he was not willing to replace the order. I wasn't even wanting my money back I just wanted the order replaced. he told me because I didn't call back the same night that he would not give me a replacement order. this is not acceptable and it is not good business. I told him I would never be back and I told him in a nice way. this is not acceptable in the food business. he wasted my money and I did not get dinner because the order was terrible. he defended that they make everything fresh but it was not. Ordered 8 piece chicken and Jojo all white and a large pepperoni pizza. Chicken and jojo's were on par or better for the area. Crispy, fresh, everything you would and should expect. The pizza however.... subpar at best. Upon opening the box, I was super excited to try it. It looked amazing. Super crispy looking crust, ample pepperoni spread evenly. And that's where the good vibes ended. The sauce was very bland and tasted like it was straight from a can. The cheese was the same story, overall just cheap ingredients and it came through with the flavor. Bottom line, I'd go back for the chicken and order pizza elsewhere. They could be 5 stars if they used better ingredients, they can bake a pizza for sure, but it's...

This is def one of the best pizza joints around. I think the best part is when you pick it up…it weighs a ton. I order a large extra cheese, & sausage. 2 pieces in & i’m full. The sausage is to die for…sadly that may be literally too. Imagine the bottom of your deep fryer after cooking sausage patties all day. All the crumbles of sausage that fell to the bottom & soaked up grease all day?! Yeah…that’s what it looks like on top of your pizza. Healthy?…Doubtful! Delicious?…worth dying for 😂.
