Food is great. People in store are nice as can be. But the call center is a big let down. Tried to place my order and got so frustrated when the woman couldn’t speak good enough English to take my order so I hung up and called back hoping to get someone different but it was the same person. Placed my order and asked 2 times if there would be garlic with my order and the call center lady assured me there would be. Worst Papa John's experience I ever had. Cheese pizza barely had any cheese, or sauce. It was bland and dry and I was shocked it was even Papa John's. Don't be so skimpy with the toppings please, it's not a good look, being cheap. Watching some Mexican looking guy wander into the parking lot and get into the delivery girl's car and drive away with her while she was working was also not a good look. first order was ice cold, offered free medium pizza to make it right after complaints, just ordered free pizza and it’s now in the oven because it’s dough. aside from the that i got hung up on for asking the status of the delivery after itd been an hour and half. would advise everybody to order snappy tomato or pizza hut in the area if they want a pizza you won’t have to cook yourself. better business and health dept will be...
