The quality is top-notch, and the pricing is reasonable for the artisanal experience you're getting. Plus, they have a brilliant marketing strategy: free cones for kids under counter height. It's a smart move that keeps families coming back, with parents more than happy to treat themselves too.

Environment: The environment is decent but has room for improvement. The plaza where this shop is located offers plenty of parking, which is a big plus. There are some outdoor seats available if you want to enjoy your ice cream right away. However, the seating outside aren't always the cleanest, so I usually opt to eat in my car or take my treat home. It would be great if they could maintain the outdoor area a bit better, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Customer Service: The customer service here is fantastic. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even when the place gets busy. After sampling the White Turtle, Death by Chocolate & Jamaican Me Crazy, I went for a cup with Graham Central Station & Jamaican Me Crazy- Graham Central Station is a must for Graham cracker lovers. Graham ice cream with Graham cracker swirl & chocolate flakes. Each bite bursting with it's namesake taste. This is one of their most popular flavors & I can attest to that.

Jamaican Me Crazy is Jamaican Me Lovin it! Coconut ice cream with almonds & fudge. I'm a coconut lover from way back. Love pretty much anything coconut. Combine it with almonds & fudge? Fuhgeddaboutit!!!!!!! I relished each spoonful, reggae music playing in my mind.

Service was good. I was allowed to sample what I wanted to try. Unfortunately, the ice cream/sorbet/sherbet/ice/froyo is located inside the shop, unable to be seen by the public. I believe seeing the goods, like at a gelato shop, would help customers decide what they want. Here, decisions are made by sampling. I'm assuming the lines can get long when the weather gets warm.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream has some real good frozen treats at a reasonable price. With $2 Tuesdays, $3.49 Waffle Wednesdays & the frequent Sweet Rewards e-club coupons, it's a no brainer that I'll be back when I want some cool, flavorful treats to satiate my sweet tooth.

Knew it was going to be a problem when I asked for a sample and the guy had an attitude. When he came back I asked for a few of the cookies and when he asked if I wanted a bag he put the cookies on the notepad where all the orders are written on. The same notepad that is on the counter with dirty things. When I asked if he could swap the bottom cookie that was on the notepad he said it’s clean and fine. I said it’s not clean and asked for another and he gave me a nasty attitude again. When he threw away the cookie that was supposed to be the bottom one I saw him grab the one off of the top. And when he came back with another cookie he tossed the bag at the counter for me to grab. Nasty customer service and violating health codes. The worker was a young white guy with long light hair.
