We were excited to stop in and try this new local coffee shop. We were looking to have a cappuccino near our house early in the morning. We got there around 7 AM and there was no one waiting to order. We weren’t greeted by the only barista when we came in, even though there was no line, we waited just for her to acknowledge us and say good morning. We waited and still no greeting. So service unfortunately we can’t rave about. It didn’t get any better when we ordered our coffees. No smile, no good morning. We asked her if the coffee was organic and she didn’t know and had to go and ask in the back. The coffee was hot and organic and very fresh. The cappuccino was so so and didn’t have any cocoa powder or cinnamon on top of the phone like either she forgot it or she just didn’t know how to make a cappuccino. The atmosphere was quaint and there was table seating enough for at least 20 people and they had two hanging chairs from the 1970s which looked really inviting until you got close enough to sit in them and they were filthy dirty with stains on them. At 7 AM I would’ve expected all the tables to be cleaned and cleared yet. There was a dish with leftover food laying on one of the tables. The bathrooms were clean and there’s only one of them. There’s plenty of parking. We didn’t try the food because the service was so terrible. We were disappointed. I...

I was very hopefully for my visit with this company on 5/4/25. I’ve been following their page since their announcement to open last fall.

Unfortunately, my experience was not all that I hoped for this new facility. I entered the building with 4 employees behind the register, no customers ahead of me. I stood waiting for over 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me that I was standing with my card out ready to order. Just when I thought someone would finally acknowledge me, the phone rang and the phone order was taken before I got a hello, look up, or smile. Just as I was turning to leave, a person who I could only assume was a manager said that they were experiencing some difficulties and would take my order. Nevertheless, that doesn’t replace the fact that I was the only one standing there with 4 employees standing in front of me chatting among themselves and no one could take a moment to smile, look up, or say a simple hello.

I did receive my coffee in less than 3 minutes after ordering.

Their facility was nicely decorative with a boho theme.

I’ll give them one more chance, even though I drove 40 minutes to support their business with a disappointing...

I was very excited to try this new coffee shop! All of the creative drink options I saw online made me want to give it a try. We ordered the dirty banana smoothie, campfire smores latte, and milk and honey latte. Unfortunately not pleased with the smoothie. The shop was very cute with seating inside and out. We asked the cashier who was ringing up our order what the smores latte was and she said ‘um I don’t really know like really chocolatey’. I was unsure if I should of still ordered it because she didn’t even know the own drink. The campfire smores latte was so pretty looking and had good flavor. It was very difficult to actually drink with all the fluff and toppings. Not much coffee and had to eat the toppings with a spoon. The milk and honey latte was good. Recommend! I was very disappointed in the dirty banana smoothie. $8 for chocolate banana milk. This was the most watery ‘smoothie’ I have had. There was no iced blended in this drink so it was just milk. I do not recommend getting this if you are looking...

**Welcome to Dagsboro, Milk and Honey CafĂ©!** Property Tenders is excited to have another locally owned business join our community. We stopped by on day two of their opening and were blown away by the quality and flavor of everything we tried. I enjoyed a fresh, homemade everything bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese—perfectly crafted and satisfying. My wife loved the lemon lavender scone, which was bursting with flavor and just the right texture. Our son devoured a homemade cinnamon roll that was warm, gooey, and absolutely delicious. The Property Tenders crew had a fantastic breakfast at this charming new café—also the same staff and owners of “Turtle Beach Cafe”. The service was friendly, fast, and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back again soon! If you're in the Dagsboro, DE area and looking for a great breakfast spot, be sure to check out **Milk and Honey CafĂ©**—a wonderful addition to our town. **#DagsboroLocals #BreakfastInDagsboro #PropertyTendersApproved**
