Blackjack Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I have never tried their pizza, kind of crazy because it is Blackjack Pizza right? No, not at all right. They have some really great burgers. They are a good size. Here is the thing though, they are kind of expensive and their building is hot when you pick up your order. I have eaten here several times, but I probably would have eaten here more had my burger and fries not come to a total of 7 almost 8 bucks, with no drink. Come on Blackjack, yall are in the hood and I can drive about 3 more miles and get a burger, fries, and drink from Griff's. I must admit, the burgers here are good. Oh and one more thing, I have tried their tea and people rave about it, but I did not like it. I'm a business owner myself and would never treat a customer the way this place did us. We ordered a pizza that was pretty on the outside but it was dry as powder when we bit into it. We called to the speak to the manager and they hung up in our face. We then drove back to see if they would remake the pizza. They refused and would not give us the money back. Coming from a business standpoint, this is totally unprofessional!! This was our first time at this place and all they would offer was sauce on the side that they didn't even bother to hear up after we drove back over there. Pizza was ice cold now. You never get a second chance to make a first impression and their first was absolutely horrible! Please take my word and spend your money at a business that actually cares about good customer service!! They deserve...

This place doesn't deserve even an eighth of a star for their customer service. When I called to place an order for delivery I was treated like I had imposed upon them..? I went ahead and began to place my order (while looking at THEIR menu, on THEIR website) the girl sat silent until I finished and then said "what are you even talking about" telling me that they don't have any of "those items" on their menu and that I'm "obviously not looking at their menu"...WTH!?? Even after verifying that it was indeed Blackjack Pizzas local website I was on and THEIR menu I was looking at, I still was treated like the idiot in the conversation...
