Shaved Ice & Funnel Cake — Restaurant in Dallas

Well this place is good and the prices are reasonable for the snow cones. I have never tried anything other than the snow cones, so I cannot speak on the other foods they have here. The only problem I have is this girl that works here always looks at me funny and I have a problem with that. I smile through it because it's what I have to do. I cannot let other people get under my skin like that. Despite her funky attitude, I will give them their proper credit. They deserve five stars because of those snow cones. I have only tried about four flavors, but they did not disappoint. You guys have to try them. They do have long lines sometimes, but they are fast. They sell hot wings, my cousin said they were good. Great, kind, professional sweet spirited ladies took my order..So nice to see young African American ladies working with smiles, grace and sweetness..

Order was on point..Our funnel cake was crunchy on the outside and perfect "cakiness"( new word😉)--on the inside ....It had to be this way to hold the powdered sugar ( measured to perfection as well)..

The coconut shaved ice( NOT tooo sugar sweet..Just YUMMER)--- complimented the funnel cake well...

My daughter look towards the back and noticed how clean the place looked..A very diversed crew were mopping and keeping the place clean😁....

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service is horrible. They switch my order up with another customer by mistake, and stated they would remake them. Well they actually took the wrong order back, sat them down took other orders had us waiting another 30 minutes and gave us the initial same shaved ice they took back from the other customers who came back from their car with them. Do they not know there's a whole pandemic going on. And also cross contamination should've triggered in someones brain cells. They charged me $10 for 2 small ices and a large one and stated its because the machine charges extra for debit and credit cards and the cup holder costs as well.
