Came in the restaurant wasnt crazy busy. atmosphere was good not too loud or overbearing. Order drinks food for the kids and an appetizer after waiting for the server to get to us after sitting for about 10 mins. The kids food came out pretty quickly but not the appetizer. Sons food is overcooked and dry. It's french fries and unsauced boneless wings. Its not particularly hard to make. my son eats a handful of fries and spits out the chicken. Our waitress finally stops by 10-15 minutes later asking us if we are ready to order our meal. The kids are done eating, we still didn't have our appetizer and I told her so. She panics and goes to get that put in. Disappears again with no update. Finally it's been an hour since we arrived. still no food for us. we have finished our drinks with no refills offered. Husband requests the bill from the bartender because still no waitress. Manager comes by (where has he been this whole time) asking how we are doing. I tell him that my son's food is overcooked, we never got our appetizer and mac and cheese was fine. Hard to mess up a food that is in their steam table ready to serve. Tell him that we just want to cancel the app we never got, pay and leave. He tries to still bring us the app and I firmly tell him we don't want it and we just want our bill and leave. The waitress was doing everything from being a hostess, waiting tables, and bussing and by the looks of her shirt she was also working the dish pit. She looked so panicked and overwhelmed. The bar looked equally staffed. When my husband went to try and get the bill from her she almost broke down because she was so overwhelmed by doing her job and everyone elses. On our way out the manager intercepted us and handed us the app and told us it was on the house so yay some free food but that was not what we wanted from this experience.
I think this location is badly managed and understaffed. The quality of the food was severely lacking. I could have gotten better at a fast food joint and wish we had...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn 12/27 I visited the Dallas location on 3333 canyon bluff at around 7:30 pm. It was not a particular busy night. We had a party of 16 which was a rather big party but not nothing crazy. We waited 2 hours to be seated. A manager by the name of destiny came out one time from the back and said she'd help seat us, she advised she was waiting for one table to finish up so we could all be seated together. There were other tables available with chairs folded on top of them but that was never presented as an option for some reason. After the party we were waiting to leave left, the waitress nor the non existent host seated us after all tables were cleared. We waited an additional 15 minutes before complaining to two waitresses on why they were in no rush to put to the tables together for us to be seated. After complaining to them, a black lady waitress began throwing chairs around near us in a fit of displeasure. Another waitress with a big tattoo on her neck along with the black lady gave us dirty looks and would giggle amongst themselves. They both seemed very upset and we could clearly see and feel we were not welcomed and it was apparent they did not want to do their job that night. We asked for a manager to report the incident and a young kid came out from the back that we later found out is named Omar, he didn't seem apologetic and we simply asked that a different waitress waited on our party. I have visited this Buffalo wild wings for many years. I've never been treated like this anywhere and had always come to love this franchise. Sadly I will not be visiting this establishment in the future. It is clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. As we waited on our table I counted at least 30 other potential guest leave because there was no one in the front. There was a bright star at this place by the name of savannah. She was extremely helpful and very friendly, an excellent waitress and hope gets better team...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location totally ruined my night.
We placed our order online (because when we called, the girl who answered placed us on hold every time we told her one of the items we wanted to order... 10 pc wings, please hold, fried pickles, please hold... )
We figured online was the best way to ensure accuracy. We placed the order around 7:17PM, showed up around 7: 50 to pick up (about 15 minutes from home). Inside, we were told it wasn't ready and would be another 15-20 minutes, so we waited. They didn't even get the order put in until 7:33 (per the ticket printed on the order). Then, as I'm about 5 minutes into my drive home, I'm told our fries are not in the bag. So I go back to get them, had to wait 5 minutes for them to make them. Finally I get home, and surprise surprise, my lemon pepper wings are missing! At this point, my food is cold, my fries and fried pickles are soggy and the wings are no longer crispy. I called the establishment, was placed on hold for over 5 minutes after asking to speak to a manager and ultimately just hung up and decided I'd write a review.
I paid almost $50.00 for my food. I was charged a $.99 take out fee (since when does a business charge someone a fee for choosing to spend their money there??), paid extra for all flat wings, all for them to forget my food and end up with cold garbage.
This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location, they really need to bring in a new crew. The girls at the front looked stoned out of their minds and could barely hold eye contact while speaking to me. Smoke all the weed you want, I don't care, but make sure you can function for work if you're going to do it. I saw the manager peering at me from across the room when I went back in to get my fries, clearly I was frustrated, yet management made no attempt to come over and see what...
