This Olive Garden defies logic. When you dine in, the salad (that is nothing more than bagged lettuce, some shreds of carrots, onions and a few black olives) is all you can eat. We were on our way home the other day and too tired to cook, so thought we would try this Olive Garden. My dining partner is a vegetarian and hates how much sodium most of their offerings have, so she just wanted to go with two salads. There is a soup and salad combo and the individual soup and salad are the same cost (and dining in is all you can eat salad) so we asked for two salads instead of the soup which she had gotten numerous times in the past. The person who answered the phone said that wasn't possible, that she would have to charge us for two individual salads. When I protested, she said that's the way it is and it wasn't going to happen. I should have just canceled our order but we went ahead with it. I asked for a manager when I got there, explained my displeasure and why, and after arguing with me for awhile, when I said I would just call the corporate office all of the sudden she wanted to comp our meal, give us a free salad, and more. That wasn't the point. I wasn't trying to get something for free, I just wanted even less than I could get if I dined in. When we got home and looked at the salads, they were about 1/3 of the container, the lettuce was brown, there were lettuce cores in it, and it tasted like chemicals. We should have just kept driving and bought a bag of lettuce at the grocery store for $1.99 and we could have had lots of salads, and a lot less aggravation. You might want to rethink your approach to customer service - next time I will go to a local restaurant that appreciates our business.

I was very impressed by this Olive Garden, thanks to Leo, Chris, Everette I hope I spelled this correctly and the 3 servers & all special cooks in the back who cooked all the delicious food, regardless of how it gets done from the hostesses because this day could not have happened without each & everyone of you including the people who rolled the napkins and silverware & placed the kids menu to Maria's Quinceanera menu on each table THANK YOU SO MUCH from the bottom of my 💝 for making my daughters Quinceanera dinner an EXCELLENT place to eat there is always a first it was for us. Each and everyone of you took an immensive stress & worry, serving & cleanup away from me as mother & for that I say thank you to each and everyone of you. I would definitely recommend this location to others who are seeking a nice & elegant yet reasonable price.

Came here for my grandmother's birthday. Waiter did not write down seat numbers, and kept asking who's order belonged where.. which is ridiculous were a 10 top write it down. Brought only 1 salad with no croutons or onions for the whole table. Didnt even ask if we wanted. Cheese on the salad.. We had to request for more breadsticks. Had to request for more tea. Then had to request ice for the tea. Had to request for more water our cups were empty. She looked at us ugly everytime we asked for something. In addition. I told 3 people it was her birthday including the server and we did not receive our complimentary dessert. Usually I have an decent time at olive garden but this experience sucked and with the new price increase I'm 100% expecting better service. Also now the noodles are lower quality. Why are the noodles so yellow? 🍜

My husband and I were excited that the steak gorgonzola had come back so we dined in Wednesday evening around 6:15p 3/5/25. We were seated in the bar area, receipt said table #405. There were only 2 other tables in the entire bar area who were already half way through. Waited a good 6 minutes before being greeted very briefly. Greeted by Alejandro S. who was obviously in a rush. Asked if we wanted something to drink, we ordered a bottle of wine and asked for salad and breadsticks and we wanted to order soup. He literally says "okay hold on" and rushes off. Another 10 minutes goes by and we don't even have waters yet. He finally brings waters, then rushes off to the back again. I can literally see him standing at the computer for another 8 minutes in the kitchen. Comes back out but isn't coming to our tale with anything. At this point it's been about 30 minutes with only having waters. At this time, several other tables have been seated around us and all have gotten drinks and at least bread and salad! We don't even have our wine yet!! We're service industry so we get it, it gets busy but there were other servers in the bar area too so I have no idea why we were essentially forgotten about. I also noticed one of the other bar servers noticed us several times looking around wondering why we don't have anything yet. But apparently "not my table" is a common thing at this location because even though her coworker was struggling, she didn't care to help out at all. Also noticed several other servers doing the same. Finally he comes to our table with wine, gives my husband a glass with lipstick stains on it and almost poured into that glass. I stopped him and asked if he could get a clean glass. Brings that then rushes away again. Mind you, we still have no food, and haven't even been able to order our soups yet. The table right next to us being served by the female bar server was already eating their appetizer. We decide to stay since we have wine and finally able to order entrees after an hour. It was literally insane horrible service. We come here often usually during lunch and know this isn't a normal occurrence. When we get our entrees which include steak, we have no knives. My husband had to ask another server for knives. We did not see our server AT ALL until he emerged from the back and noticed us sitting there finished with our food. Bottle was also empty, waters empty. We would have totally ordered another bottle and a dessert but we were so ready to leave it totally ruined our excitement for the pasta. He could tell we were frustrated and blamed it on the "server being down" from the storm which we didn't believe for a second, no one else seemed to have a problem except us. Tables that came in far after we did were leaving before us. We didn't leave until almost 9. We were plain ignored and super...

I first wanna say, our waitress was amazing. I forgot her name but she had pretty long nails. Unfortunately, me and my husband came late to the restaurant to meet our friends.

We didn’t mind just pulling up chairs to the table. The waitress was trying to see if we can pull the table next to us so we can sit more comfortably. We were advised we couldn’t after a bit but we were understanding and didn’t mind.

Like I said our waitress was very friendly and helpful. While we were catching up with our friends the manager interrupted our serious conversation. The manager looked Hispanic with an orange or yellow shirt with like a colorful pattern.

In all honesty, everyone was confused about what she was trying to tell us. From what I could understand is that we COULD (me and my Husband) sit in the seat next to us if we were wanting to order. We told her yes we were ordering and we will sit there if she’d like. Then she pointed to the empty long table with more room for all of us (6 of us) and said we can also move there. We were like yea we can move there if you’d like. But then she changed her response saying she has a big group coming and we can’t sit there. So we were like oh okay?

Then she mumbled something and left. We all looked at each other and we’re confused on what she was asking us to do.

A few minutes later, they sat a couple at the table that she said me and my husband can go eat at so we were like okay, and kept sitting where we were. Then we saw their servers split the table that she stated that a big group was going to occupy and sat 2 different families.

Our server was also confused at this since they were also told we couldn’t sit there since there was a big group being sat there.

All in all our server was amazing, The manager working there needs to learn how to communicate with customers. It seemed like she was trying to make us leave even though our friends just got their food and we were...

Just left from here. Food was excellent! Our server Isle M. was wonderful & pleasant up until she followed my family to our car to complain about her tip. The freaking audacity! We had a giftcard to pay for my daughter's birthday dinner. My husband asked Isle if there was a way he could use the gift card & still tip her on a different card because she did an excellent job. He explained to her that we didn't have a lot of cash on us but he would give her what he had in his wallet. He also explained that there was extra money on the giftcard for her to keep to which she replied that she would take the money off the giftcard. Also, we offered to give her my card to take off another tip. She told us that there was no other way, she understood, & it was okay. Judging by her responses I thought we had an understanding. We were really trying to find a way to tip her. She then followed us to the car & asked if there was something that she did because she felt she did a good job to only to get a little tip. My husband then explained to her again what he said inside the restaurant. She then proceeded to say she felt like the free food & service we got was deserving of a bigger tip anyway as if she literally heard nothing he said....twice! Keep in mind as we were leaving, another server stopped my husband & asked him if he wanted this plate of fettuccine pasta she had in her hand on our way out the door. Isle wasn't the one who offered anything & we weren't concerned with any free food. After all of that my husband still offered his card & other options while we were outside. I'm a person who speaks my mind but I sat there mind blown at the fact that she had the audacity to follow us to our car & kept quiet out of respect for my daughter's birthday so that my husband could calmly diffuse the situation . It was very tacky & she’s weird as...
