This is my go to Starbucks. Everytime I go and the male with glasses is taking orders he always has an attitude.
The screen wasn’t working at the drive thru so I trusted my order was right it was two ventis and a pupuccino.
It took a while at the window to get my order and once I did I let them know I didn’t mean to order the cappuccino they were handing me. I ordered a puppuccino and since he didn’t ask what size I assumed it was correct since the screen at drive thru wasn’t working.
He gave me my drinks and the pup cup and then closed the window. I waited because I was charged for the cappuccino and payed in cash so I was waiting to be refunded. He asked what I was waiting for and told him I was waiting for the refund because I was charged extra and didn’t keep the cappuccino.
So he refunded me but before he handed me my money he held it back and with an attitude he said “just so you know next time call it a pup cup” Then gave me my money back.

Read moreYesterday I went to this Starbucks place with my boyfriend at 2:30 pm, the girls who attended me there started laughing because my boyfriend didn't know how to order my coffee "pecan oatmilk cortado", one of the girls didn't know Spanish and started laughing at my boyfriend's pronunciation, and then she called another girl who did know Spanish, who also ended up laughing at my boyfriend and me, they are racist, if they are in customer service they must show respect for customers and help them choose their order well, It's not just being there to take orders and charge, we will never go to this site again and I'm not going to recommend this Starbucks location anymore for bad customer service and racist and xenophobia towards Latinos in the US that we also buy in this chain and pay their checks. I hope the manager of this site lets his employees know how to address their customers and not make fun of anyone anymore, they have lost two customers and they will lose more because I will never...
Read moreI usually come here quite often when I need a good pick-me-up. It’s right on my way to work — about two exits before my job — so super convenient. I always use the order-ahead feature on the app, and by the time I pull up, my drink is ready 🥰 They greet me with a hello when I walk in, which I appreciate.
The only minor downside is the parking lot/entrance. If a large vehicle is exiting (especially when the dumpster door is open), it can get a bit tight. Also, when the drive-thru line gets long, it loops around in a way that blocks the entrance/exit — one time I couldn’t even get in because the line had formed right at the entrance, even though my drink was ready!
Lastly, my old “home” Starbucks location always greeted me by name (which made me feel extra welcome). I come here around 2–3 times a week at the same time, so it’d be nice to have that same personal touch here too.
