Came here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. My second time, her first.
First off, every employee I saw was wearing their mask and properly. So kudos to them.
Well when we first arrived Mr. Zhee (owner) greeted us and asked for our reservation. He showed us to the bar where we could wait until our table was ready. After that he personally showed us to our table. From the moment we sat down to the moment we left the entire staff was amazing!!
We started off with the calamari, it was great especially with the sauce. One of the waitresses told us to try the sauce with their bread (she brought is some chili flakes to add to the sauce) and it was delicious too.
I had a cup of minestrone soup as part of my entree. It had so much flavor and it paired great with the bread they give you!!
I decided to step outside of my comfort zone and ordered the Seafood Belleze. It had clams, mussels, squid, shrimp (2 types), crab claws, and bell peppers over a bed of penne pasta. I would definitely order this again and highly recommend it to others. There was so much food I had some to take home too!!
My gf ordered the grilled chicken, she expected some small piece of dry chicken with some veggies. She said that it was really good and would eat it again. It looked really good and if I didn't love seafood and Italian I might order it lol.
We ended dinner with cappuccino pie and tiramisu. The tiramisu is hands down one fo the best I've had and could eat a whole plate of it. The cappuccino pie caught our eye while we were looking at the menu, so we had to try it too. It was a good choice, because it was absolutely delicious too!!! But I'm not surprised, everything here is amazing!
The price is a little up there, but definitely worth it. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance, and the employees are super friendly and add to the experience! Can't wait to come here again!!
Oh almost forgot, they brought out these little homemade cookies along with our dessert. And they were...
Read moreMe and one of my coworkers are in town for a conference and we decided to eat here for dinner. Dinner went great we got the greatest service until we told them that we needed separate tickets that way we can file our travel reimbursement through our work. The waiter was upset and went and grabbed the owner. ZEE came over to our table and asked us what we wanted. I told him that we are here on a business trip and that we need separate tickets so that we can file our travel reimbursements, please. He said we don't do that here, although their menu clearly states that they only reject separate tickets on parties of 5 or more. Then he said well what do you want me to do and I said we just need itemized receipts showing that we had separate meals that way we can file our reimbursement ticket. He said it is itemized already see, chicken Alfredo, tiramisu, what more do you need? and we said I'm sorry but we need separate tickets I don't know what the issue is. So he snatches up our ticket and says I'll take care of it for you and when he came back he hands us our tickets and he stands there and waits for our money. So we quickly look it over and hand him our method of payment. My friend paid with a card and I paid cash. My total was only $33 so I gave him 40. When he came back with receipts he told my friend to sign the receipt and tip even though they had already added on a tip to the bill. And then told me that my cash had been WIPED. And I said what do you mean by that and he said YOU DONT GET ANY CHANGE BACK. These people don't even follow their own rules and will steal your money right out from underneath you. I was going to give the waiter the change plus some anyway, and I still did, cause I'm the bigger person, but they were actively stealing from me when they denied my change and were extremely rude about it. Food was great and service was great until we asked for sepeate bills. Why is this...
Read moreI have only been to a total of four (non-franchise) Italian restaurants in my adult life - Bugatti Ristorante being the fourth. The one prior to Bugatti was about three (3) years ago. The time lapse was intentional as previous experiences were unfavorable, but not because of the food as two of the restaurants I exited either before ordering or having been seated. The atmospheres were VERY unwelcoming. In that, I avoided Italian eateries for YEARS as, after feeling the same aura three times in three different cities, I couldn’t possibly be imagining things. Unfortunate because I love food. Even more-so, I appreciate authentic food prepared by a culture’s natives. BUT one day I was walking by and my senses were met by the most wonderful smells. And, I told my daughter we’d try it. Despite some trepidation I made reservations and just hoped for the best. And, the best is what we received. The service, the food (all four courses served fresh and at the appropriate temps), the atmosphere…EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! My daughters and I were flooded with more “Madame”s and beverage top-offs than we could count. The staff was very attentive to our needs and, most importantly, gracious and kind. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT WHEN PRODUCERS ANTICIPATE CONSUMERS NEEDS. Even if a food item would have been off, the service most certainly made up for it. So, thank you, Bugatti Ristorante, for changing my perspective on Italian eateries. And, congratulations for delivering service in a fashion that scores a win in my book! We will most definitely return....
