It was around closing time on a Sunday night, so the floors were a little dirty. But as for the customer service experience, there were two young females in their teens that we're running the drive-thru and filling orders. The restaurant area was closed but I was able to be served through the drive-thru window. And fully expected to be met with attitude and unprofessionalism due to their age and being so close to closing time. I couldn't have been any more wrong. I wish I would have gotten a young lady's names but I did not. But I can say it was around 9:15 9:30 on a Sunday night I believe it was September 11th of 2022. But there was one young black female and another dark-haired female but I didn't want to pinpoint a ethnicity on her for the chance of being wrong because I would hate to appoint somebody or call somebody out of their heritage even the offended mean to. But they were extremely sweet and had no problems. They gave great customer service and I am very proud of them for being so young and professional and easy going and they actually look like they were happy to be there and I just want to give them props. So keeps it keep up the good work girls and to the manager please look them up on the schedule and figure out who they are because they deserve credit. That isn't the best area and they definitely have to deal with a lot of issues with homeless and drug infestation in the area, so for them to be still smiling on a Sunday night towards the end of the day made my day. My only concern is that they were in fact so young and I didn't see any other management doesn't mean that they weren't there they could have been in the back taking care of other things but it just kind of concerned me cuz the fact that I didn't want them to be robbed or anything like that knowing that there's only two young females there. Maybe consider some security on weekend nights or nights if they don't have very many employees there that was just a suggestion other than that the food was great and I want to thank you...
Read moreI've went to this location 3x's previous as there's not another Church's location in Duncanville. The previous visits weren't the best but not worthy of a review. Well on today 8/1/23, I had to comment! This location has young people with POOR Customer Service and doesn't appear to be the most sanitary. Not sure if it's a lack of training or simply just not caring. Two guys behind the counter were standing behind a door giggling and peeping as I stood at the counter. After standing there about 20 seconds a young female finally took my order. After placing my "Tenders" order the older guys drops them in the fryer. I couldn't help but observe the younger guy still joking and playing with the young lady and the older guy. Finally once my "Tenders" were completed the older guy placed them on the fry bin, instantly took out his phone, stood there looking at it and began texting. Mind you I'm in the lobby viewing this,, not in the drive-thru. Long story short--today was...
Read moreI came into the Church's on Camp Wisdom and Polk to order a family meal when I waited15 minutes before my order was taken every one was moving slow and the manger son had a bad attitude he told me I should leave and go somewhere else after I complain to the manger about his attitude the manager told me he didn't have no bad attitude when clearly I was upset then he went on to tell me it was his son and he raised him better than that. I replied that I was an elder and his son was rude. He then told me I could get an gallon of tea on the house. I got home to feed my family and went to pour the tea is when I found out the top shield had been broken as if someone had already drinked out of the gallon. That's was my first time ordering at this location and it will be the last. Very very poor service and the young man with the dread locs his customer service skills stinks really bad he has really poor people skills.
