I had a deeply disappointing experience at this location that I feel compelled to share, particularly as someone who also works in the service industry.
Upon arriving to redeem a reward, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the manager that fell well below basic customer service standards. Despite my patient approach, the manager repeatedly walked away during our interaction to handle other tasks, showing a clear lack of respect for my time. When she did assist me, she displayed visible frustration and handled my personal property inappropriately – at one point grabbing my phone from my hands and then throwing it when she became frustrated with scanning a barcode.
What made the experience more concerning was the clear disparity in customer treatment. While I was repeatedly dismissed, I observed the same manager providing immediate and full attention to other customers. When another employee attempted to help me, it became apparent she hadn't been properly trained on handling rewards redemption.
The most alarming aspects of this interaction were:
The manager's physical mishandling of my personal property
The repeated abandonment of our transaction without acknowledgment
The visible display of attitude and frustration toward a patient customer
The inconsistent treatment of different customers
As someone who understands the challenges of the service industry, I always aim to be patient and understanding. Read moreStopping at this place for lunch was the biggest mistake my boyfriend has ever made. They told him that they didn't have any drinks, but water and tea. He asked for water ( that they fill a cup with from a facet) and tried to charge him for it, while waiting 10 min for his food. Just to receive it and it was old and stale. It was so greasy and had been sitting on the warmer for hours. They said that he had to wait for his buiscut after 19 min. He asked for a spoon and they told him they didn't have any. And another lady that had been waiting just as long became upset and asked how is she suppose to eat her sides( mashes potatoes, green beans, etc.) With her fingers? The cashier started laughing and said," I quess!" When he complained about the customer service, pricing, and the old food, the MANAGER and staff became hostel and so rude with him, that he just decided to leave. He spent his money and didn't get to eat on his lunch break! This is the worst establishment we've ever bought chicken! Over the years, he and I have saw the decline in the location, but didn't think it was this terrible. When i went insude customers where already angry complaining sweating and upset its way hotter been inside there building ordering your food vs been outside which is very sad. The customers that came way after me was served and sent on there way.
