My first time here and was disappointed. I asked for fresa con crema and the girl said they didn't have any. I asked to taste the cheesecake ice cream and I regret it when i saw it. It looked like it had been melted and just put back in the freezer. My daughter asked for a raspa nieve and the girl looked at her like she was crazy. I WANTED to 5 star this place soooo bad cause I go here often but I ended up getting food poisoning like 15mins after eating here. I'm 100% it was the scoopers unsanitary long nails. She wasn't even wearing gloves and touched all my icecreams. Previous times that Ive gone the guy always wears gloves and Ive zero issues. This can't be a coincidence. She also kept swappibg away her hair and scratching her head with her nails.
