Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

This Place needs Corporate to shut It down until Current Employees are Properly Trained On Professionalism, Customer Service, or All of them need to be Let go until New Employees are Hired, I Walked in for a Carry Out Order that I'd Placed Online, After a long Day of work, at Any other Pizza Location, It Would have been a Quick, Easy, Practical Transaction (Especially in an empty Lobby With 4 Employees Standing Around, It Should went Them: "How Can I Help You" Me: "Picking Up an Order for _" Them: "Great, It's Ready, Your Total is _" I Hand the Money Over, get Change, Grab My Order, Thank them, and Head Out, I Probably Would of Even Tipped, All that Should of taken no more than 2min, but instead, I Walked in, the Young Lady Already at the Front saw Me Walk in, and Walked Away, the old Guy Standing in the Front Stood there Loud Talking to a Co worker about Female's Private Body Parts, While looking Right at Me (only Customer there waiting to at least be Greeted) Even the Order was Ready, the Entire time, I had to Stand there, waiting for him to Finish Takling about a Lady's Body parts, Which I Should of recorded On Video, and sent to Corporate because I am sick of poor Customer Service, as a Paying Customer, This is Probably why a Lot of Deliveries are wrong, canceles, or a long wait because they're not in there working, they Run from work So they Can Stand Around to hang Out, and Dominos is Allowing that unprofessional nonesense to go On, After a long Day of work, and more work Ahead for the Evening, I don't Wanna Come Deal With, nor Hear All of that, It's a Simple Transaction, Order Online, go in, pay, Grab Pizza, and go, Domino's has to Do Better, but I'll take My spending Elsewhere, Suggesting...

I never write reviews. As of now, I am writing regarding this horrible Domino Pizza place here on Sunnyvale Road in Dallas, Texas. I understand why some black people choose to go father out to get the best service for what they are paying for. The manager that was on duty on 11/29/2023 when I say disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and no kind of phone etiquette, I was so done. I just really couldn't believe a manager would treat a customer like that. Upon the manager being rude and hanging up while I was speaking. I called back several times and there was no answer. When the phone call was finally answered this young lady that answered did not answer with the business name but she answered with YEAH..... I was concerned about that. She didn't know who could be calling. Case and point. The point of this review is I did try to back the black community but this here, never again. Honestly reading some of the reviews fits everything about this store. I can't tell you where to choose to buy your food, but food is made with love and care. This place here I am scared of it. Had it been in a nicer neighborhood far north are far south the attitude and professionalism would have been rated 10+ I did report this to their corporate office and I hope that they find someone who would take pride in the work and respect the customers that...

If I could not give them a star I would. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life! Took about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my order. I was hungry I didn't eat all day so I kept going to the window to check If my order was here NOTHING! finally I tracked the order and it said that my order was received so I called the store directly and spoke to Keith. Keith said the delivery person told him that they called and i never answered. I told Keith that I NEVER received a call from anyone about my food. He then said he'll check his phone to see if he did actually call me. Keith then came on the phone and said the delivery person actually did call me, but I told Keith that I never received and call and I was desperately waiting on the food. He then said there's nothing he can tell me. The delivery person did call and that's all. I told Keith that he should talk to me like that I'm a customer and he should at least try to apologize and make me feel better. He blatantly refused and later said "what exactly are we doing" meaning why are we still on the phone the convo is over. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS AGAIN!!
