This is a franchise store. I have had to make a report on Shift manager Blake as he does not know how to approach customers, and lacks knowledge of Customer Service. He and his team have lied about the district they deliver to and I had to hear from Corporate they do deliver in my area. He has given me and Customer Support a hard time which resulted in them honoring me a free meal for my family. Upon calling to receive the meal he offered a small pizza because I wasn't in his delivering area(as Corporate told him he does and he know he does)and that, that is all I deserve after giving him a hard time. Customer support reported them on their own circumstances because he was going back and forth with them and asked me if I wanted to make a report, I told them no I will reach out to the store and shouldnt have a problem. I have reached out to this location today to place my order and he argued where there was no argument from my other end. Simply place my order and I will be waiting. Instead he yelled and didn't care what Corporate nor what the customer had to say. Corporate has reported him for the 2nd time, and this time I filed a report. They have also reached out to the Franchisee and will be contacting me later today.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE LOCATION TO ANYONE. ESPECIALLY IF THE SHIFT MANAGERS DON'T WANNA DO THEIR JOB...

I placed an order through the Domino’s app because my family and I were very hungry, and I was tracking the progress closely. The app notified me that the order was ready for pickup, so I headed to the store expecting a smooth and quick experience.
Unfortunately, when I arrived and asked about my order, I was told it wasn’t even ready yet. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes in the lobby. During that time, I observed three other customers walk in, all of whom were told the same thing — that their orders weren’t ready despite the app saying otherwise.
While I understand that things can get busy, especially during peak hours, the issue here didn’t seem to be a matter of high volume. From what I saw, several employees were standing around, casually chatting, and not appearing to be in any rush to get orders out. It was frustrating to see a lack of urgency while customers were clearly waiting and growing impatient.
This experience left me very disappointed. I’ve come to expect better service and communication from Domino’s. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to ensure better accuracy and customer service...
Read moreI placed an order at 5:30 PM today. I waited and waited and eventually called to find out where my order was. Spoke to the manager who said he had called my phone and received message that the number was out of order. That was not true. He went on to say the apartments I live in was considered a "bad neighborhood" and that they had drivers shot. I told him that was not true and asked what the real reason was. He stuck with his story. He said it happened three years ago. I told him things change and there was nothing like that happening or I would not live here. I then asked about my credit card refund. He told me up to five days. I told him not acceptable. I ended up calling corporate. They told me this is a franchisee and that they did not appreciate what had happened and they condone this. I called Pappa Johns and had no problems. They even emailed me to confirm. Why didn't this franchisee at least email me if he couldn't reach me by phone. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!
