I usually love dunkin donuts and usually am disappointed only in the small size of their donuts. This location was the worst i've been to so far, I understand that you're in an airport and their aren't too many other options around, but your food still has to be edible and you shouldn't make any false promises.
I ordered a maple bacon croissant, a latte, and an "old-fashioned" donut. The woman taking my order took my order and I paid for it, but she comes back to me saying that they don't have anymore croissants so gave me options of bagels. From their list of available bagels, I chose one, but she comes back and says they actually don't have anymore of those either. She gives me an option of plain or sesame. I go with plain because I don't want to be disappointed anymore. It was then I realize that the donut was actually not "old-fashioned" but a mere plain cake donut. I know because my family owns a donut shop in my home town. I spent a minute arguing with the lady that even the sign underneath the donut I wanted says "old-fashioned." I just pointed to it, I didn't understand why this was so difficult. Donut tasted bad, coffee was okay, expensive, poor service. Will...
Read moreThere were 5 employees that I saw — I’m assuming they were probably training the 3 in the back because they just stood there and stared at you.
Line was non existent. I waited about 15 minutes to be helped and the cashier had such a bad attitude like she was annoyed she had to do what she’s getting paid to do...
Asked her for donut holes and she looked at me like I was crazy for asking and responded with “we don’t sell those.”
When I suggested they should probably take the sticker off the glass if they don’t sell them, she clarified “we never have them, they run out” okay, cool. Could’ve just said that initially.
I got a dozen donuts. Took probably another 10 minutes to pack that up and complete my order. She literally just walked away for a few minutes, didn’t even say anything. I didn’t even know if I actually ordered or what… it was weird.
In that 10 minutes, a line started. Miscommunication between staff & customers on where to order because the staff have ZERO CLUE on how to efficiently run a small counter store.
Get a new manager.
Also, the donuts looked good, but they tasted old and gross. Waste of...
Read moreI was traveling back home from Dallas Texas I had a terrible experience at Loves Field Airport Dunkin Donuts with a young lady name Hanna. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar. When I received the medium coffee it was one shade from black and not creamed to my liking.
I went back and asked the young lady for 3 creams on the side and I was told that they don't carry those and she could put some into my coup. I said yes please, when the young lady Hanna returned the cup it was still not cream to my liking, I asked mor a dab of more cream, and she told me no, and whispered something under her breath and rolled her eyes.
At that point all the other customers gasped at what she had said, I then spoke up and asked my Cashier who then told Hanna you cant say that to a customer and she creamed my coffee perfectly. Though this email is intended for a complaint against Hanna, I would also like to compliment the cashier, I didn't catch her name she was professional and Hanna should learn customer service skills from...
