Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Dallas

I used to come to this place a lot before and i could say it was a good place to be in everything was good abd even service was very good as they did acknowledge your presence and greet you as they was to serve you. Now is so way different the people working there tend to be very playful among themselves (young ing, kids) but they don't even greet you they just stare at you while they be talking and worst scenario is that they do not even apologize for the inconvenience for waiting as i was there standing waiting for 15 minutes to be served. There was another male behind me and he was very upset cursing about them by himself for waiting too. Another lady came in abd looked at me while she waited too and ask me what was wrong with them if they was serving I just smile and told her I guess they didn't care much for businesses. By the way that costumer that was behind me was already gonne left upset and angry... So finally i got served couldn't leave out had waited already and was very hungry and so that other female costumer was upset too luckily they wasn't busy at all so they would had a lot of angry costumers. I give a rating of service not even a 1 I would say a 0 the food was hot and fresh though. It could a been worst.....I had a bad experience before the reason I stop going for a long while as it had not been the only time neither.... The service had bern sucked for a while. They need to hire more grown people as all it works there is young ing kids maybe that would make a difference of...

An update on my initial review. Again at this 24-hour location in the Drive-Thru at 2:22 a.m. on 5/11/23 the associate told me that they were closed. I guess corporate doesn't care about the customers. They don't do anything to make the associates do their job, no one was in line and they constantly state that they are closed at random times throughout the day and night.

Employees often don't answer the drive through or leave the business completely. Over the last couple of years this has happened to me at many different times. 7am on a Saturday, 11pm weekday, 3am weekday... Last week I even saw a woman with a Jack In The Box uniform literally go and get in her car at 7:00am on a Saturday morning, drive away and no one answered for me to buy food. Also, every time I've ordered the Sourdough Jack they toast the bread so dry that it's almost burnt. Lately there has been this acne-faced young hispanic girl who is always rude at the drive-thru window. This location is horrible, if it isn't one thing it's another.

Very bad experience. I could give it zero stars if I could. The lady that helped us out at approximately 2:00 pm at the register was extremely rude and ignorant. When asking for extra items these were just tossed at us. When asking for condiments these were just tossed us us. When ordering there were frequent rolls of eyes. When asking for a half lemonade and half sweet tea this girl looked astonished and simply answered with a big No we can't do that. So we instructed her to give us a cup half full of lemonade a cup half full of sweet tea. I had the decency to not pour these together in front of her. But its okay FRANKLIN if that is what your name is (or so it says on the receipt). I also tried contacting your manger and no response, I guess everyone at this store is just as unprofessional as you. Dear miss "FRANKLIN" will all sincerity, if you don't feel like coming to work, simply don't show up at all.
