Went through the drive-thru. Placed my order but when I got to the window the order wasn't correct which I pointed out to the girl at the window. I told her I did not want curly fries but regular ones. She said, "we don't have any fries." "You don't have any fries at all?" She then corrected and said they have fries but it would take 3 minutes to drop. I told her I would wait. When she gave me my change she dropped it into my hand and one of the coins fell on the ground. She did not apologize nor did she replace it. I ended up having to go into the store to get the fries because I didn't want other people to have to wait behind me. I told the store to the manager who at one point said, "What do you want me to do? Fire a kid because she made a mistake?" At another point he said, "we get busy and mistakes are made." I asked him if customer service is supposed to stop because they are busy. I repeated what happened three times before he finally got it. When did restaurants start replacing what a customer ordered without that customer's permission? If you are going to hire "Kids" please teach them what customer service is. If you don't know contact me and I will train them...

Context: Me and my mother went to go to the drive thru and ordered a #19 combo curly fries Hi-C, #2 combo curly fries Diet Dr. Pepper and 4 tacos. The lady who was on the intercom could not communicate well at all in English and put in #1 combo reg. fries and #2 combo reg. fries with no tacos. When we went to the window, we instantly asked for our order to be reviewed. When we try to correct them and say that's not what we ordered, the lady from the intercom was speaking to the manager on how she heard what was said and that we were wrong, all while smiling like the manager is going to side with her. The best part, my mom looks white but she knew Spanish. So she got on to her, then the manager put his hand up, in front of the intercom lady, and said "stop it, not again." In the end, we are not coming back to this...
Read moreI've lived in this neighborhood for almost 50 years now. I remember how excited our neighborhood was when this Jack in the box was built in our neighborhood. I am sad to say that the quality and the efficiency of the employees is extremely substandard and after 6 months of not ordering anything from this Jack in the box, nothing has changed. This Jack in the box is notorious for not completing any orders. They're also notorious for getting all your orders wrong. That being said I also tried to get ahold of upper management and was told that there is no HR and the manager gave me a number that did not work. This Jack in the box is knowingly stealing from our neighborhood by not providing food and services that are purchased from them. I hate to say it but I hope this place closes down soon. I will not be returning or ordering...
