Phat Matt's — Restaurant in Dallas

I wish it were possible to give a -5 rating. I only went to this establishment bc Dallas is in the middle of one of the worst snow storms we have ever had right now and most other places are closed or out of food. I walked in to this rundown shack out of pure desperation bc I never would eat anywhere like this under normal circumstances. The burger lacked flavor and was not seasoned. Not only was it burnt, but it wasn’t even shaped and formed in a circle or round patty. The best way to describe it, is it looked like he took a hunk of hamburger meat and threw it down on the grill - “splat!” It was SO HARD and overcooked me and my family had to throw it away. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, even in a snowstorm. Keep looking, don’t stop here. You will regret it. The guy at the counter, Marcus Jones (name on receipt) didn’t smile or have a friendly demeanor. I never had their food here and now after the horrible customer service I experienced for no reason, I don’t care to have it. I just got done doing a DoorDash from here. I stood there patiently waiting for 5 minutes as this lady was talking on the phone and I knew she saw me standing there cause I was standing right in front of her for 5mins. But I didn’t let it bother me until someone else came in after me and she walked up and greeted them and asked them what they want and completely ignored me and not once greeted me or looked at me. I ordered at 6:05 went to get my order at 6:35 and they looked confused then printed the ticket and said it wasn’t ready. I asked for a refund and was told I can’t have a refund because the owner is not there. I told them I ordered online because I had somewhere to be and he said well we just got your order. So I say go ahead and make it and walk to the car. He comes to the car and says he doesn’t know why it has sweet tea which I paid $3 for and said we don’t even sale sweet tea here. I get the food at 6:52 and the chicken not even cooked all the way… then it doesn’t come with ranch and have the audacity to want to charge me for ranch when I already had to wait an additional 20 mins. wasted $22 and was late to work for absolutely nothing.
