Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dallas

Worst customer service experience in my life. I waited a whole 30 minutes for my food when i was the only one in line. I get to the drive thru and tell them i had a mobile order and tell me to back up out and park at the front door.. i say why? (mind you i only ordered one single burrito and no one else is in line) and that i can’t because the drive way is curved (and also that’s also not what you’re supposed to do because you’re cheating the timer). anyways then she started yelling and the manager got on the mic too about how i can’t drive? so strange honestly. i would have left by now but it was a mobile order so i already paid, i then go to the window and BACK UP OUT OF THE TIMER so mind you i helped them out.. i asked her if i could have my food and she said no and starts yelling again and that it wouldn’t be so hard to go to the front??? after i already removed myself from the timer??? the manager came and started yelling as well lol. They honestly just like to control people lol … i ended up waiting 30 minutes while 6 cars were stuck behind me.. do they really care so much about the timer? so petty for one burrito. I really didn’t want to argue just wanted to get my food fast to get back on time for work but they need to have that control lol it’s actually really sad when they just work at taco bell. and that manger needs to be fired 😂😂worst manager i’ve seen she was worst than the child like be better! shoutout to the cook who was passing out all the orders to the cars outside those two girls...

This taco bell has the worst customer service. I got into an argument with a cashier over the total of their menu items. They over charged me for items and wouldn't correct the mistake. I've resorted to having to drive an extra 5 minutes to the next taco bell because the staff is so bad. I've stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes before someone who worked there finally addressed me. What the f**k is wrong with these people. Customer service is everything in this business. Night staff only: The quality of food is HORRIBLE. The staff half asses everything they make (night staff only). Tacos that have been crushed in the bag, Items with products on them that I wanted took off, and the wait time is unbearable. I've waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes for these employees to make 3 chulpas. How is that possible? i wish there was a star lower than 1 that i could put. I hope new management comes in and fixes the lazy employees they...

im a Semi truck driver deliver my last load around the corner from taco bell have not ate all day just to be able to get merchandise on time i walked up to the window with my semi across the drive thru and asked if i can order the female at the window said the only way you can order food is through the app i cannot take your order if you are a walk up so being that i was hungry i downloaded the app and placed my order payed for it and 3 minutes later my order was cancelled i asked another employee the reason why my order was canceled and she said because you are a walk up and dont have a car i said i payed for it and she said you cannot be at the window!!! or is it maybe that they dont wanna work or make my food so they decided not to take my order ?? i would never buy from this franchise ever again discriminating a person because they dont have a car to go through the drive thru what a shame… BY THE WAY 11pm AGUST 2nd...
